I ordered lunch and when the food came the fries were very cold, the burgers were messy and the boxes which they were in were filled with sauces, it was a mess. We went up front to ask them to bring us new fries seeing as the ones they gave us were cold and asked if they could give us coke since the soda machine had no soda. They took more than 10 minutes to give us the sodas and the fries which were still cold when they gave them back. I ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets and an apple pie later on. They took more than 10 minutes to give it to me and when they finally did the apple pie was really hot on the inside but soggy meaning they put it the microwave. The workers need to have a better attitude as well.

I came to this McDonald’s for breakfast with my family, and I placed my order on the kiosk at 9:42am and I sat here for almost 30 mins and when I went to ask what’s going on the manager asked me if I had a big order which it wasn’t that big just 3 meals. But people was coming in and getting their order before me. So when the Spanish lady came with my order I asked in Spanish what was taking so long and she said that they didn’t have enough people but I said everyone was getting their order before me when I was here before them, she was very unprofessional and just walked away from me. Now I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years as a manager I never disappointed my customers no matter if I had more or less people.

They always don’t have pineapple and mango smoothies. Sometimes I order it on the app and when I get there they say it’s not available but I already paid for it and they say they don’t have anything to do with the app and say I need to pick something if equal value pretty much.

Not very friendly service we got at the drive through. The lady that helped us with the checkout at drive through on 12/21 around 10 PM was not very nice with us. After she gave our food, we asked in a very very gentle and soft tone “Can I get two ranch” . She immediately corrected us saying “Can I please get two ranch, you need to put a please in there”. We felt humiliated and correcting us wasn’t even necessary when we were very soft and gentle at the first place. It was not on purpose that we missed to add a please, We didn’t even realize until the lady pointed that out. Only to realize she didn’t even give us the right food we ordered and was missing an item once we got home. Would not be coming back here.

This place switched to paper straws. Change it back or I’ll go to a different McDonald’s. There is another one in Framingham not even a mile away.
