Exactly what you want from a deli. Great service, greater food. Half sandwich and soup for a reasonable price and plenty of options for your sandwich. I stopped to write this review literally the moment I was finished eating. Make this a stop any time you feel the need for a bite to eat.
More than reasonable prices, wonderfully fresh ingredients and great customer service. Hell, I may be in shortly for a frozen portion of the chili that I nearly refuse to wash down and be done with.
Edit: somehow, I forgot I ordered a block of peanut butter fudge. My folly only until I realized I had it, still nestled neatly with the napkins and complementary chips (of which there is ALSO a variety for choice). I cannot stand peanut butter fudge that is overtly stuffed with peanut butter, and this fudge is PERFECT. Creamy, yet textured; astutely flavored but by no means close to over bearing; the quintessential fudge. I’ll kindly put on more than a few pounds stopping in here as frequently as I can.

I can’t even begin to describe how delicious everything this was and I haven’t even gotten to the whoopie pie…yet. By far the best chili I’ve ever had! (Don’t tell my dad) Mia is such a delightful person. She remembered what I had last spoke with her about from at least a month ago. You don’t get that anywhere else but a small business. I may be editing this after eating the whoopie pie. I’m sure that’s going to be amazing. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

My boyfriend got the peanut butter fudge and that was the best fudge I’ve ever had. This is definitely going to be a problem… in a good way! Also, I’d like to add that the prices were way cheaper than what I originally thought. Between two people, it was about $20.

Stopped in here for lunch today, for a quick bite to eat. Was met with very friendly and helpful staff as soon as I walked in. I got the special of the day, a cup of chicken corn soup and half a roast beef sandwich and a bag of chips for $8 (added a soda onto it so it was $10). The food was delicious and was a nice refreshing lunch. I highly recommend stopping in here sometime for lunch, or any deli/soup needs. Will definitely be back again

This was our first time there. Great, friendly staff. The sandwiches we got were delicious and my wife also got a side of potato salad which was insanely good. My wife is quite the connoisseur of potato salad and can’t stop saying how good it is.
We thought the price was right and the italian hoagie and corned beef sandwich were spot on. Definitely will be back.

They catered a lunch for the company I work for on 8-5-25 and from placing the order, changing my order, the delivery to the food everything was fantastic. The woman that took my order and delivered the food was an absolute delight!! It was a pleasure doing business with her. I highly recommend using them to cater your next family gathering or business lunch.

Way over priced for what you get. I paid over $17 for a sandwich and soup that I could eat easily in one sitting. Beef veg soup tasted like a poor home cook made it. Tried twice both times different sandwiches and soup same experience of average to low quality and over priced

So I just discovered this place after living in York all my life and let me tell you, it is amazing. Nothing fancy or pricey- just great food, cheap. I find myself here everyday because I know there is something I will like. Their soups are amazing, the sandwiches are fresh, the salads are great and their cheesesteak is the best- totally unexpected from a small deli! Try it- you won’t be disappointed!!!

Best deli in York!! Mia the owner is the best! I feel like family going to pick up the best soups around. The lunch special: 1/2 sandwich and a cup or bowl of soup is always so delicious! I buy their soups often by the quart. Papa Joe makes such delicious and savory soups. They have a monthly list on website to let you know what soups are on each day! Go get yourself some yummy food! You won’t be disappointed!! 🙂
