Very unprofessional service. I arrived first to pick up a DoorDash order, but they kept serving customers who came after me. I waited about 20 minutes while watching other orders go out before mine, even though I was there first.
Because of this delay, customers started messaging me asking why their order was late, even though the delay was clearly caused by the restaurant. This puts delivery drivers in a very uncomfortable situation.
When I politely told the employee that the customer said if there is no rice they can replace it with fries, she suddenly became aggressive, started raising her voice at me, interrupting me and speaking very disrespectfully. There was absolutely no reason to treat a delivery driver like that.
Delivery drivers are just doing their job and trying to deliver orders on time. This experience was very uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. I hope management seriously addresses this behavior because it reflects very poorly on the restaurant.

I pulled up to the speaker and was met with 40 seconds of silence!!! I wanted the $5 box of chicken . I didn’t want a breast , I didn’t care what other pieces I got just not the breast , I was told that the owner said no . I saw nah I don’t want that I’ll take a 3 piece! She started huffing and puffing on the mic . I get to the window she DONT GIVE ME DRINK , she looked at me as if I was crazy . We just looking at each other, I said “I need my drink “ THE LADY THROW THE HEADSET STAETED SCREAMING “I CANT do this , I’m finna walk off throws the headset at the other girl . The other girl ask her what’s wrong she goes to say “I’m not finna do this “ WHY IS SHE AT WORK IF SHE DONT WANNA DO HER JOB .

The food has always been good for the most part, but they got my order wrong twice. the management at this location, and some of the staffs attitude is simply reprehensible, they are rude and ill tempered! when I pulled up to the window before even understanding the situation i had discussed with the sweet girl at the window, when she asked another employee if she could enter in a coupon i presented, the other associate or manager then proceeded to get mad for me presenting a coupon without stating it previously, because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to in the first place, I had asked the girl at the window if I could use this i said if not it’s ok, and she said yes, then the other employee that came to “help” her enter it, then proceeded to get mad at her asking in an accusatory voice, did you give her these!? and why I didn’t say I had them when I first pulled up then went on to start cussing and getting increasingly sarcastic and mad about having to enter a coupon that took abtotal of a minute, again food is good but I probably will not be returning to this location just bc the service is ridiculous, and they have poor attitudes with the exception of the girl at the window i went around 4pm today, they make you feel very unwanted when trying to order, and ifbypu go inside its like theybare justbwaiting fornyounto leave and swear loudly making the environment feel hostile,then give you attitude if you have any questions! 10 out of 10 never again

I try to give local area food places the benefit of doubt, but this Popeyes location is consistent with poor customer service especially in the evening. I have gone several times when they don’t honor what is presented on their order menu or windows, are always out of something and if they have what I ordered it does not reach my bag, I’ve had to go in and retrieve what I ordered through drive through too many times to count. The staff with the exception of one or two are impatient when ordering. I don’t know why this location is operating below par and at this point I will not be going back. If I am in the mood for Popeyes I’ll probably go 17-20 miles elsewhere than to this Popeyes in my area.

I would not give this a star if I could. I waited about an hour just to get any service. the manager finally takes peoples order. Everyone had to wait about half an hour to get there food. I told the manger I wanted a refund. She refused to give me my refund and rudely went back to the kitchen. I will not ever be coming back to this Popeyes ever.

Darn near scared me to death when I opened my bag of Popeye’s, then opened the box containing my 5pc spicy tenders meal, and a
ROACH/WATERBUG, WITH WINGS, THAT WAS AS THICK AND AS LONG AS MY ENTIRE THUMB CAME QUICKLY CRAWLING OUT OF THE BOX!!!!
A scream and a panicked crushing of a giant roach is NOT my idea of a great meal!!!!!
I will be contacting the health department!
AND you can keep my money. I don’t want a refund (don’t want to touch anything that’s been in that building) and I dang sure don’t want a replacement meal!!!!!!
I will never go back to Popeye’s in Maumelle, AR again!
I recommend no one else does either!

Ordered through the app for a 10:30 pickup 30 min in advance. It’s now 10:50 and we are still here waiting. The lady said there is no bacon for your sandwich so asked for it to be substituted or refunded and said never mind I guess we will go make you bacon. Absolutely lazy and horrible way to run a business for food that has been paid for. It’s the attitude that makes my blood boil.

If I order and pay online for a pick up order, wait 20 mins to make sure there’s time to make it, durring slow time hours, why am I still waiting 10 mins for my food? Not like they cooked it fresh. Also I guess popeyes got chicken nuggets now cuz I ordered 6 tenders and got 2 scrawny tenders and a bunch of little nuggets in the box. This place sucks and it’s been sucking for a hot minute.
Edit: just wanted to add they also forgot to give me one of my sides. I’m too over this place to even drive back and get them. Never again.
