Every time I go in the Morgantown Panera, the employees are NOT friendly nor helpful. I feel like I’m bothering them when I am trying to order. I stood in line at 6:55am. One person in front of me being waited on, the employee made eye contact with me several times while walking back and forth to the toaster, never once said a word to me. After 5 minutes of standing there he informed me that the registered were down and had to use kiosk, went to use kiosk and tried to order a plain began, needless to say, at 6:55am. They had NO plain begals. It is always something with that store.

I placed an online pickup order for 13 bagels with a 24 hour notice. At the estimated ready time, I tried calling the store to get an update on my order and there was no answer. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, it was not ready. I told them the name for the order and they were in the back for around 10-15 minutes until they came out to tell me their truck didn’t come in so they didn’t have the bagels to give me. I was offered 4 random bagels (they didn’t even have 13 bagels to give?) and a refund… I totally get sometimes these things happen but it’s frustrating that they knew they wouldn’t have the order ready and didn’t try to contact me (all my contact information was included in the order). Also frustrating that I tried to call the store and nobody would answer which would have saved me a trip. I get these things happened but it was handled completely inappropriately and I did not feel like there was any effort to make it right.

This Panera location is always out of everything. Even if you order ahead on the app or website, they will just tell you that they ran out of whatever you ordered and would you like something else? This has happened more than 5 times and I am done with this location. If they can’t order/bake enough for the day why are they even open?

Longest wait time I’ve ever had for a Panera ever. Seriously, how long does it take to make a bag of already cooked soup and throw a sandwich together? Once my friends and I finally got our meals, my friend opened her Mac n cheese to find it completely cold. She had to microwave it herself.

Get the dip club. It’s a genuine life hack if you have a Panera near you. Will cut down your coffee spending. This location is usually fast at getting me my free cup.

After remodeling, Panera is totally changed. I love interior and atmosphere so much!!
I like the system for self ordering at the store.

Hands down, the slowest Panera bread I’ve ever encountered. Workers move slow, talk slow, prepare food slow, it’s ridiculous. My second job was at a Panera. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to put two cups of soup together.

We’ve tried for 3 consecutive days to get some souffles from this location.
The first day the manager called us saying “the manager list doesn’t say to make them”…even though it’s a regular menu item, but ok, they at least let us know before we got there.
The second day we tried again, ordering first thing in the morning. We *got the email informing us that our order was ready* and were informed that they didn’t have any after we already drove the whole way in to pick them up.
Finally, for this morning, for strike 3, we decided to put in our order *last night* thinking, surely they can’t screw this up. Surely, after multiple refunds, a call to corporate, and a full 12 hours of notice, we should be able to finally get these souffles – now including one for our son that had been looking forward to getting all week. But no, all we were presented with upon arrival were excuses. We didn’t order *early enough* because 8:55pm is apparently after the 9pm cutoff. They had too many pre-orders to have any available for walk-up sale. And again, no explanation for why we again received the “your order is ready” email and no phone call.
Just truly abysmal customer service.
