I usually come in the early morning before work, buttt I’m on maternity leave now so I been heading over more afternoon/evening time. Usually I have a great experience and my drink made perfectly but last two times have been unpleasant. First time I ordered with easy ice my cup was filled to the top with ice, usually I’d say oh whatever but my tea tasted like water and the women working the drive thru was so rude. Usually we get a hello what can we get for you today but it was what can I get you is that it? No let me also get… ok is that it. Then we get to the window and she stands there frowning while my drink sat there for a while. I left and called manager who was nice and offered to remake my drink and apologized about the women’s unkind behavior. Next day, I was there for my order and to get my kids some cake pops I ordered and she told me my total rudely and I instantly knew it was the same drive thru girl. Same miserable attitude but hey at least my drink tasted good and my kids got there cake pops. Just hope she didn’t spit in my drink. Never experienced such bad customer service before, I will probably just go to the eagleridge location now.

went into the drive-through with my girlfriend to get two drinks I ordered mine with extra caramel and extra crunch never got either the first time called back and they made the drink for me and it would look like the same drink with no extra anything on top of that the person at the front wasn’t very nice at all the man in the black curly hair. I decided to just leave because I was so fed up with my experience

My experience at this location was the biggest disappointment today. I mobile ordered at 12:30. App said my drink should be ready at 12:35. I got to the store at 12:38. I stood there and watched other mobile orders get picked up, counter orders get placed and made until at 12:50 when some one FINALLY took my order off the printer and told me she was making my drink. like I should be so thankful she was getting to me. I told her it was about time since I mobile ordered and it was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago. She hollared at me DO YOU WANT A REFUND? I asked her what is the point of mobile order if you just make everyones drink first? again, DO YOU WANT A REFUND? so I said yes, if she was offering, I’ll take it.
I wasn’t the only one that noticed the disorganiztion and inability to fill orders, a gentleman at the end of the counter even asked an employee that was just walking around why he wasn’t helping out. This used to be my favoirte location but after standing there for almost 15 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone, they are definelty going down hill and are need of some training or direction.

Kinda typical Starbucks, but struggling with attentive, able employees on a Sunday morning with the usual hoppin’ drive-thru. The store general manager seemed to be pretty obtuse and just pluggin’ away while the staff struggled. The next in-line/in-charge was really good, albeit slow due to lacking staff (she was doing it all, cooking, taking orders, tending machines. Amazing.). They all pulled it together in the end with the best cup of plain dark roast coffee ever. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple, no frills plain cup of coffee with no one in line ahead. It was warm (if that tells you anything about the long delay), but not the usual blistering hot, which was fine by me. This was an inside visit, not drive-thru. Amusing since I wasn’t in a hurry.

This is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to consistently. I think I have been here 20 times and whether you’re in the drive through or in the store with nobody in there you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes for a simple drink.
I have been forgotten about so many times including today.
Multiple people got my drink before I did when I ordered first.
It’s literally insane how slow this location is.

Love this place! Hwy 50 starbucks is awesome, so helpful and friendly. The drive thru is the worst but it’s always worth it. We recently found the best drink…if you enjoy sweet, tastey cold coffee…a venti triple blonde espresso with 5 pumps of white chocolate mocha a splash of half and half and Irish cream cold foam…it’s so great and less then 5 bucks. Try it!!

As a deaf person, it’s always so important when employees make us feel welcome and are thoughtful. This was the case this morning when I was served with a sauce with my potato, cheddar, chive bakes— which was something I hadn’t experienced nor been offered in other stores.

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience this morning. I called ahead of time to make sure a large order for about 30 people would be done on time. I came in 15 minutes early to make sure it would be complete in time for a presentation. The barista started working on it when I came in, and ran five minutes over the agreed upon time. That would normally be fine. But, she also filled both creamers (large) to the top (not spreading them out between the two travelers) resulting in the traveler carriage tearing and spilling everywhere at my place of work. I’m not coming here again.
