Ordered to go for a late dinner. It wasn’t busy, just one customer ahead of us, and we got our order pretty quickly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sandwich was fresh and delicious! Great experience overall.

It can be much better, there is room for improvement, the price of the food is ok, but the portions are smaller compared to the price. it could be tidier and cleaner… the staff is correct

Not sure why, but the employees at Panera are jerks. and its not just this location. 190th terrible, Redondo(South Bay Galleeria) terrible, El Segundo is slightly less terrible. Maybe its a terrible place to work or they just choose to hire bad attitudes. I don’t know whats crazier, that they play in my face each time.or that I keep going back. (The French dipper is bomb .) I wonder if my profile is marked with some joke about ne because the young woman was trying to hold back laughter once I gave my phone number for the sipper club. And when I asked whats so funny she said “I’m just tired”.
I wish Panera priortized having decent staff, and providing a pleasant customer experience. the food is good but not great and definitely not enough to make up for the terrible attitudes of all the staff in the south bay region. Do better Panera! Your district manager should be embarrassed.

I went into Panera Bread and ordered the Duet. I believed it came with chips, and the receipt even showed chips included. When I went to pick up my order, I asked the employee bagging the food if the chips were in the bag. The manager Ruby stepped in and said that the Duet does not come with chips and that it comes with bread instead and cannot be substituted.
We had already been waiting over 20 minutes, and I explained that when we ordered, we were told chips were included and that the receipt reflected that. The manager was very short with me and repeatedly said, “No, it doesn’t,” and “No, I can’t,” without trying to resolve the misunderstanding or offer any kind of customer service.
What made the experience worse was her attitude overall. She was rude not only to me but also to her employees. I witnessed her shaking her head at an employee who made a mistake with another customer. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Between the long wait, the confusion over the order, and the manager’s rude and dismissive behavior, this was a very disappointing experience. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be managing a food service business.

My recent experience at Panera was extremely disappointing. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than they used to be, especially considering the price. I paid a premium for what felt like a half-serving. I also ordered a latte that was $7 and it tasted like plain milk — no coffee flavor, no color, nothing, and it was more expensive than a gallon of milk. My friend ordered the Pick 2, and his meal literally looked like a kids meal and it was ridiculously overpriced. He did not feel satisfied with his meal and was still hungry even after he finished his food. To be clear, this had nothing to do with the staff — they were polite, fast, and did their jobs well. The problem is with the company itself. Panera’s quality and portions have gone downhill while prices keep going up. Definitely not worth it anymore — I won’t be coming back.

Attentive customer service. Great homie feeling. Good food, but a bit on the pricey side. Similar food & experience at Corner Bakery for Half the Price. But, if you live close by or it’s convenient. Definitely hearty food & a great experience. For me to spend 14$ on half a sandwich & a cup of soup is Insane. Beware, getting half a sandwich & cup of soup is not getting you a combo price, they will charge you the full price of half a sandwich which usually is around 7.79$ plus a cup of soup for 6$. You r better of buying a full sandwich for 10$ & adding a cup of soup =16$. So for 2$ extra Dollars you get a full sandwich & for 2$ extra dollars you can get a bowl of soup. I feel that 18$ for a full sandwich & a bowl of soup is still pricey compared to Corner Bakery, but fair. 14$ for half a sandwich & a cup of soup is just insane. At Corner Bakery that would be 7$. & don’t make me get started on their basic tiny half Chinese Salad for 8$. At least the French onion soup was DELICIOUS, so was the bbq sandwich.
Their pastry, particularly the chocolate croissant, well priced & scrumptious. & 6 good hot tea options with honey under 3$ with refill.

I arrived at this location on 11/02/2025 at 8:23 PM. I wanted to place an order. The cashier, Andres, was very hostile and did not want help me in the first place. When I was placing order, I wanted the soup. I had to remind him that it comes with a free side. I wanted the French baguette with the soup. He said we don’t have it?!
We only have chips and apple as the free side. I asked for the chips because he’s telling me we don’t have the French baguette. Then I decided to issue a return for my order because they didn’t have what I asked for in the first place. He told me you wanted chips. It doesn’t matter because I wanted the French baguette and he told we don’t have it for the soup. He was very rude and it was such a terrible customer service. What made it worse was him also being dishonest. When I wanted my refund. He took the original receipt that had the order I didn’t want. Which was the chips with the soup.
He changed the receipt because he doesn’t want to be at fault for saying we don’t have bread with our soup considering the fact that it was on the menu and that it is called Panera Bread and they should have it available for customers. So not only did I waste so much of my time for over 30 minutes. And I didn’t receive my order.
On the receipt, he completely changed it to make it seem like they had the French baguette when he told me we don’t have it. That is very deceiving, dishonest, terrible customer service and very rude of him. I have never experienced this kind of customer service like this. And not only that, the Panera was filthy.
There were flies everywhere. And it was dirty. This is my second review because I saw somebody else post that Andres was rude. He should not be able to work there when he is rude and dishonest because he didn’t want to take the blame. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this Panera as it awful and the worst customer service. If you don’t have it, why couldn’t you simply put what my order was on the receipt? Because you don’t want to admit that you don’t have bread?!
Maybe they even had it and he didn’t want to give it to me as a free side. He was lying about the whole thing. He even told the other guy to throw the soups. There was no soup to begin with because I didn’t even see anybody make my order and it wasn’t the order that I wanted to. Come to this Panera if you want terrible customer and the cashier Andres to come up with a fake story and a receipt that show an order that they didn’t even have. He was a complete liar, very hostile and rude.

Let me first say I have eaten here before and loved the experience. But for every glowing review there are also some less flattering. Poor supply situation tonight, we came for dinner at 6:30 and were told they were out of tomato soup (really worth trying if you haven’t already) and we ordered the Chili (very good) and the ten vegetable soup (amazing). But darn, they ran out of French baguettes so we opted for the spotted grain rolls. Upon delivery, however, they regretted to inform us that there were no more rolls either so it would either be chips or apple slices. I give the girl credit for trying, when I asked what about regular bread she said sure and went a came back with one slice of white sandwich bread, cut in half, one half for each of us. You can imagine the wondering going on in my head as to the short supply of everything, is this a sign of impending closure? Are we among the last customers? As if to heighten the paranoia, my dinner companion’s soup was half again more than mine. Hmmm, did they also run out of the ten vegetable soup and gave me what little remained? We decided to wait until the waitress came by again so our bowls would be untouched and she could see the difference for herself. I asked the waitress and she looked thoughtful then disappeared. As she never came back with an answer I guess I will weigh this unusual experience against five previous excellent experiences I have had at this Panera.

If you don’t care to wait at least 45 min for your food then come here. I haven’t had this issue during the weekday, but when I told them I wouldn’t order from here if I knew the wait would be so bad on a Saturday at lunch they said: we had so many back to back orders, 15. I would hope this Panera would have the capacity to be able to serve 15 customers back to back.

We took garden caprese melt sandwich, with Bagette and broccoli cheddar soup. Food was fresh, bread and baguettes was great (one of the nice one available locally).
Ambience is calm , soothing, no loud noise. Lot of families and young kids were with us. Toilet clean ( don’t forget to ask passcode) .
Over all good place to eat.
