I really wish I could say the frozen coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was too. However, the coffee tasted like water, (zero coffee flavor) and the croissant breakfast sandwich was extremely salty! My partner and I bit into literal salt CHUCKS. And from my observation I should have listened to the man who returned his sandwich because it was too salty before my partner and I ordered. This is just a big cafe to study or get together. I would NOT go here simply for the drinks or let alone food. I even took photos thinking it was going to be good!

Man this place is nice! The moment you crack their front door open, your nostrils will be your guide. Tom (Tom & Jerry) apple pie float over to the front desk and have their great choice of deliciousness cascade over your eyes. Be seduced by their deserts and joy’d by their food combinations. I had to order 2 different meals just to keep my curiosity calm. I think i frazzled the new cashier with my order. (Sorry if you’re reading this). Their nutter-butter cookie was so creamy. I have like 3 more options that have me planning my next trip out. Please give their chicken flat a try!

Great Food & Vibes – Worth the Price
We had a great experience at Southern Grounds! Yes, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the California Bagel – both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bagel in particular was delicious – perfectly toasted with generous toppings. The matcha was meh. Great coffee and excellent flavors all around. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!

It was my first time here and i heard this place was good! Unfortunately the gentlemen that was working the register on Saturday was rather rude. Idk if he was having a bad day or what. But he shouldn’t be working in customer service because he simply does not have any. Other than that, the food was good, the other servers were lovely.

Amazing ambiance- an easy place to relax with a friend or solo. Employees are kind and hospitable, especially Kat who has taken time to chat with us about life and Wes who served us an amazing complimentary plate of cherry rubbed pork belly! The drinks are well-made and not too sweet, and the food and desserts are deliciously unique!

First of all, when I entered I received a very cold reception from the barista. Didn’t greet me and shook her head. Then, to the drink…This iced matcha (maybe 8 oz.) was 8 dollars. This is the most I’ve ever spent on an iced matcha. This is more expensive than any matcha I’ve consumed in New York City. This is also the smallest iced matcha I’ve ever purchased from a coffee shop (they only come in one size here.) When I saw it I gasped, really. Absolutely insane a cafe would charge 8 dollars for this.

Wow, this space is absolutely huge. A great spot to meet up with friends and catch up.
Plenty of room to do so. Had the avocado toast and the salmon toast as well as a mimosa. All were delicious but nothing extraordinary. While I appreciate that sogro is locally owned I have always felt that their menu is overpriced. I’m happy to meet up with friends for a sip and yap but they’re rarely my personal go to.

I visited this place recently and I was very pleased by the open concept of the restaurant. Good place to have coffee and get some work done on your laptop. Also, a good place to take in breakfast. They have a nice breakfast menu. Take a friend on a coffee date and catch up. You see that they have couches that provides a more lounging type of experience. Parking can be challenging at times but I’ve always seemed to find a spot o matter what’s going on the area. Good chill place. I recommend the turtle cheese cake

I had the pleasure of visiting Southern Grounds & Co. on a self-care day and it was a phenomenal experience. The atmosphere walking in was very fresh, clean, and inspiring. The architectural structure of the restaurant was eye catchy. I love the art pieces displayed throughout. The service was attentively welcoming. I enjoyed the Grits bowl with oj and the food was delicious. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you Southern Grounds & Co for being a part of a wonderful self-care day.
