I arrived at 12:04 and ordered in the drive thru. I work down the street and only have 30 minutes for lunch and I made the mistake of thinking they could make a chili cheese coney meal within my 30 minute time frame. I got my food at 12:32 and I get the awesome experience of throwing my fast food in my work fridge so when I clock out in 5 hours, I can re heat it and eat some version of a lunch. Just go to the gas station across the street if your in the area, dont have half an hour and/or want food of the same quality.

This sonic definitely has better quality food than a lot of locations. But the real shining star of this location is Lavon! She’s always cheerful, kind, & smiling even on the coldest days. She is true joy to speak with even though it’s brief. I choose this location over the others in Cibolo & Schertz not because convenience but because of the chance Ms. Lavon will be my carhop.

Terrible service and long wait times.
I waited 35 minutes just for a footlong and a chicken sandwich with old lettuce. I had to call the store to remind them I was still waiting on my order. On top of that, I ordered a diet cherry limeade with extra strawberry and cranberry—which I paid for—but instead received a plain Diet Sprite.
Very disappointed. Slow service, poor communication, and overcharging for items not delivered. I rather spend this money elsewhere

I went in tonight after having a really rough day.And the gentleman taking my order,come to find out was the manager Joseph. He was phenomenal, polite and respectful. Edger my carhop was so sweet polite with a well mannered. Kudos to this sonic team, my experience was a extremely positive!

The last time we went through they got out drink order wrong giving me coke zero instead of normal coke. Time before that, the car hop did not seem to care to be pleasant. Lately it just feels like they aren’t as good as they use to be at this location.

they have never messed up one of my orders. they haven’t even ever failed to give me a straw, fork, or even a complimentary peppermint. great service. they’re incredibly punctual and the food never feels cheap or distasteful.

Quite honestly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Every time I come I get double cheese burgers plain with no bun I ask for them fresh and every time I get them old and cold. I finally complained one time because it tasted and looked terrible. They try to assure me that they were fresh and when I showed it to the manager she kind of understood where I was coming from. She took only one of them back and told me they would bring out a fresh one, but ended up bringing another out that was just as cold. There was one fresh one out of all of them that I was able to compare the others to so I definitely knew the others weren’t cooked fresh. I used to work at another sonic and can tell when something is fresh because I know how long things take to make. Don’t waste your time or money trying to eat here. You will just end up complaining and they will not care anyway.

Where to start with this, hands down the worst experience at any sonic I’ve ever experienced on 9/5/25 at around 8:45pm. Took 30 minutes so I pushed the button again she said “she’s going with your order right now” another 15 minutes and I got down to knock on the door just for her to say “oh I think we forgot your order” so that’s 45 minutes and they didn’t even apologize like customers time is not valuable. After 55 minutes they brought out my order which was a small sonic blast, small slushy and large Dr Pepper, that’s it! I asked her if they had an explanation the nicest way possible after I was there for almost an hour. She just told me” I’m the only one bringing out orders THATS WHY I TOOK LONG”!with an attitude like everything that was happening was my fault and she walked away. Sonic you’ll need to do better!!! Disappointing.

Our experience here was a pleasant one. Normally when the place is about to close you notice the lack of effort in the employees. However, the girl who took our order was friendly and the gentleman that delivered it was even more friendly. He gave us some details on the promotions they had going on. I will have to admit the food was subpar but I feel like every sonics food quality has been lower in the recent years. Id come back for a drink and some ice cream.
