I brought my adult kids here for an early dinner. The person who waited on us was so nice! The service was very friendly, the store was clean, and the food was fresh. This is the first time I’ve visited a burger king in years. Great location.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location on Sunday, February 8, 2026 around 10pm. My family of 7 had just settled in from a road. We decided to grab a bite to eat from Burger King. After what happened that night I will not spend another dollar at this Burger King location. As I was placing my order in the drive-thru, the woman taking my order was very monotone, but that isn’t what bothered me. There was an employee standing in close proximity to her and the speaker as I placed my order. Each time I added an additional combo, she huffed and puffed. At one point she even said, “Oh My God!” When I finished my order, she said, “$47? Who spends $47 at Burger King???” Mind you, $47 is great when ordering food for 7 people. I have never seen an employee try so hard to deter a customer from ordering at an establishment. This was very unprofessional. Due to my work schedule, I haven’t made it inside to speak with whomever is in leadership there, but I WILL be going inside to make a formal complaint.
Meanwhile, I spent $53 tonight at McDonald’s and received excellent customer service.

To the amazing lady behind the counter today. Thank you so much I have 4 little girls with me today and I had an issue with my card. She bought our lunch for us today. I can not Thank you enough. Went here tonight through the drive thru. The employees were attentive and friendly. Received our drink and bags of food and pulled up for the next person in line to get their food while we checked our order. As usual they had forgotten the most expensive burger we ordered. So my husband had to park the car and run in to get the burger. While he did that of course the rest of the meals sitting in the car with me were cooling down. Needles to say we had microwave BK for dinner tonight. What a shame when your spending $49.87 on a family of four for fast food.
