This location is stuck in the 90’s in the best way. Plastic benches and a color palate fit for Friends reunion. Clean and relaxing. Something about not being updated let us just relax and enjoy the experience. If only the prices were 90’s.

Don’t come here if you expect to be waited on it all. Thet greeted me in the Drive-Thru by telling me to hold on. I was there for like 5 minutes and I don’t think I should have to speak to tell them that I’m there so I just left and went to the one in Hazel Crest that’s down 183rd I don’t have problems over there. Hopefully people will skip this location and it’ll just close because they have horrible service.

Horrible location to get to! Food was OK. Customer service is OK friendly but way too worried about their time if you needed to place something extra you need to drive around again. Given the reviews on here, I think perhaps focusing more on customer service and less on time would be helpful.

Awful.Choose another location. Call the health inspector. Asked for food to be cooked up fresh. Received an avalanche of toppings to hide the poor presentation. Chicken fries looked like they were cooked at 4pm…My order was placed at 8:20 pm. Had not visited this location for over 10 years. With no cars in the lot at all, I should have known better. I will not return.

This is the worst Burger King experience I have ever had went through the drive thru to order, the person taking the order keep asking what was the order not paying attention and laughing… got home the order was completely wrong and I called to tell them…they seemed to have an attitude that they messed up my order, fast forward I brought the order back walked into the store and a blonde is just staring at me so I said hello to her and she still did not respond just standing there as if she does not comprehend and looks if she is high….and when I tell her I called about my order she still was standing there looking lost asking if I really called and laughing it took for another worker who was sitting at the table to tell the cook what I was there for all while the blonde was just standing there. The blond has no type of customer service and should not be allowed to interact with consumers at all.
