We wanted the Mad Duck to be a pub. An American pub with great food, great beer and great cocktails. We believed that it takes just as much work to make great food as it does to make bad food. The difference is the pride you take in your work. It was a simple idea; but is something we believe in. It was the constant that pushed us. It is still that simple principle that drives us- take pride and be happy in all that you do! This place we are happiest. A place for our families and friends; a place for your families and friends. A place to gather and enjoy: food, beer and most importantly, each other.

Super cool Brewery / Restaurant. Glad we stopped in here for dinner on Friday night. We showed up at around 7:30 pm and waited for about 15 minutes for an outside table for four. The beer was great, the food was delicious. We had a pretzel as an appetizer which was devoured because it was delicious. I had the nashville hot chicken sandwich which was great, not too spicy but overall tasted great. My wife had the blacken chicken strawberry salad (on their seasonal menu). She loved it. Overall, we had a great experience, our waiter was very friendly.

Nicely decorated brew pub with soft music playing. Not real loud inside. Clean and plenty of tables. Full bar as well. They have plenty of their beers on tap.
Went with a party of six, but I will just do the rating for myself.
Service was not bad, Kaelyn did an okay job of serving us. She could have been a little more friendly. I also had to wait for a second beer for a bit. Maybe she was not happy about us being there for so long, but it was a reunion of family.
I ordered an Almond Brown Ale which was quite nice. The second was the Octavian DIPA, pretty decent.
I chose the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Good toppings and bun, but the chicken seemed a tad overdone. Garlic fries were extra but sure were good.
The manager gave us some stickers and bottle openers, very nice. Thank you, Jackie!

On our way home after a busy day in Fresno we decided to try the Mad Duck at the suggestion of some friends. The staff was very accommodating with their opinion and suggestions.
My wife ordered the Fish & chips. Instead of fries, she got the cucumber salad. It was a mixture of cucumber, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a spicy Italian dressing. It was good but the red pepper flakes serrated from the freshness of the salad.
I had the turkey club. It definitely fit into the category of a Dagwood because it was so thick. The sliced avocado elevated this tasty sandwich. I got the curly fries. I think I had a higher anticipation for them them. However, they were just basic curly fries.
I do have a huge recommendation if you want to try something tasty and refreshing. I had the watermelon mint aqua. It was fresh and really made my day.
The atmosphere is that of a trendy pub/restaurant.
I definitely suggest you give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

Great experience at Mad Duck Craft! I had the French dip and my partner ordered the breakfast burrito special, both were delicious. They have great prices and really solid weekly deals, which makes it an easy choice for a casual meal out. Everything came out tasty, the service was quick, and there was no line to get in, which was a nice bonus. We’d definitely come back!

Food was good, much better than first visit here. Didn’t get a photo of French dip or steak bites. They were both good. The deviled eggs were good. Beer was okay. Not enough stout or ale selection, had to try alternate.

Had a lunch with a friend and I’m so glad we picked this place. Service was friendly and we got a table quickly. The atmosphere was great. Not too loud so we could have a good conversation.
We split the grilled steak bites. They were so juicy and I loved the sauces they came with. I got the sliders and a side of fries while she got the nachos. I would definitely dine here again.

Always love the service. They make you feel so welcomed! It is so difficult to find places to grab a game where you can eat something other than bar food and where you can also bring your little ones along. I love that they offer a specials menu too… keeps things different if you are a regular.

I wish I would have tried Mad Duck sooner! The drinks, the food, the atmosphere it was all great. The happy hour is every day and they have specials also throughout the week. We had the Korean Sticky Ribs ( they have a little kick) and Bavarian Soft Pretzel with house made beer cheese, we definitely would recommend. The Sunday Steak & Poblano Enchiladas are perfect brunch food and I will definitely we having them again. The garlic fries and Backyard burger were also crowd favorites. I simply can’t recommend this place enough if you want a cool laidback place with great food and drinks.

They have a separate sheet that breaks down all their food as to what is gluten-free and if it’s not what kind of substitutions they can make. It is very thoughtful and well organized. Food was very good. And they were extremely mindful of making sure I was ordering safely

First time trying this place and wasn’t very impressed. The buffalo chicken dip was ok, a little cold. For the entree I ordered the turkey burger, flavor wasn’t really there plus it was on the raw side.
