I travel the U.S. on business, and I happened to stop in for dinner here. I have eaten fajitas in MANY states and lo strong across the country, and these fajitas were hands down the absolute best I have ever had. The steak was well-marinated and SO incredibly tender. Absolutely fantastic!

Best Mexican restaurant in Lancaster.
You can tell because the rice, beans, and guacamole is delicious. Nachos are crispy, I had the paloma it was well balanced. Highly recommend. Restroom is the only downside but other than that food, service, and atmosphere was great

The bean dip is amazing.
Everything we’ve tried has been really good, but the fajitas are , the shrimp dishes are all very good, my hubs loves the flautas. You can’t go wrong here.

It’s my first time visiting this restaurant food is excellent and service was great. I got the birria taco, the fish taco & jalapeno Margarita. Chips were fresh and salsa and bean dip were great.

Finally went to Don Gus for dinner and was not disappointed! The food is great, the best authentic Mexican food restaurant in Lancaster. The chips & salsa before dinner are very good and the dinner is great. I had the carnita al la carte soft tacos and a cup of the chicken tortilla soup, both excellent. My sister had the combination plate with cheese enchilada and chili renelleno and both were excellent also. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food. I almost forgot, the margaritas are great!
