They could use a little order. It seems they all get engaged in the same activity. They need to stay in their lane unless they know specifically what’s going on. However, they seem to be attentive and professional. Except I think the white female was doing a lot. She needs a lesson on professionalism. Every Black person doesn’t speak the same with the same cadence. Remain with a professional demeanor regardless of the customer. Last thing the fries were cold. They left them sitting in while the sandwich was involved in a conversation that didn’t have anything to do with her. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy, but the chicken was not.

It was a typical Popeyes. The place was a bit messy and napkins were hard to find. Didn’t have a typical station with straws, napkins etc. Had to wait too long to make our order because the staff was too busy doing things other than taking care of customers. The food was super good though, you just have to go through getting it! Wanted to get wings, but none available.

There is ALWAYS a wait, “pull to the side & we’ll bring it out”, is what I hear everytime, I place an order, no matter how far on advance I place it.. Location constantly has expired specials posted on the windows & at the drive thru intercom so when you order something they tell you “oh we don’t have that no mo”.. Even after commenting to a manage he mentioned “well you don’t have to come here”, granted it’s the only location iny area & the next nearest one is almost 20mi away.. He no longer works there with that attitude thank goodness.. This location has exceptional but they have to do better in the service & customer satisfaction department!!

We are in a hurry to get to a show so I ordered through the app and I figured we’d stop in and pick up from the dining hall. Turns out their lobby hours are 10am to 9pm and it’s 6:40pm. Closed. So now we’re waiting in a long line of cars to pick up food that’s been ready for at least 10 minutes now. I don’t even know the quality. We’re past Covid times and the lobby should be open on a Friday afternoon.
We pulled up to the window 20 minutes after ordering at 6:30, and they said “you mind waiting for a second? We’re dropping fresh tenders now.” I guess sure, it’s not like I have a choice besides going elsewhere and losing my money. Ugh.
