My coworker and I got to go orders from here earlier this month on a Friday. My tempura sushi roll was good. However, everything else we ordered was unacceptable and concerning.
My coworker who ordered a lion king roll experiences symptoms of food positioning all weekend after eating here Friday afternoon. Vomiting and diarrhea.
My CA roll tasted like it wasn’t prepared according to health and safety codes. The rice tasted dirty – like it was prepared by hands that had just touched trash or picked something dirty off the ground. I wouldn’t have finished it if I had other options to eat before returning to my job.
Beware, she got a cooked sushi roll and still got food poisoning. If it had been raw fish who knows what would have happened. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I tried the spicy chicken donburi. It was exceptional. I really liked the taste and the spice was perfect, anything less or more would have ruined it, they nailed it. Comes with miso soup which is good as well. Chicken was fresh and juicy. They did not include the soy sauce in my takeout, which was a disappointment, but don’t forget to grab some on your way out.
Chicken katsu is great , crispy and fresh!
I went here multiple times and it tasted the same everytime, their consistency is unbeatable.

Ever since we discovered this gem on a delivery service site, we have been impressed. From the quality of the food, to the considerations of the packaging, they really are top notch. Today, we went into the store for the first time and were impressed by how friendly and generous they were. Their Poke Boxes have much more food for the buck than Poke Bowl places; their teriyaki donburi bowls are laded with food and flavor; their Bibimbap is to die for, and packaged in the coolest two layer bowl I have ever seen; the Tempura is crisp, even 20 minutes later.

I tried their Poki Bowl and was very happy with it. The ingredients were very fresh and the portions were big. The one thing I really loved about this place was the friendly service. They lady taking my order was a bundle of happiness. I will definitely be going back here again.

As someone always struggling to make ends meet, I love coming here once in awhile to treat myself.
I usually order the lunch special. It’s small and quiet. Great for those who like to eat alone.

A great mom and pop place to eat. It’s mostly a takeout small restaurant but there are four tables for eat in. Besides Japanese food there are also a few Korean choices.

I would avoid ordering California rolls. Ordered 4 rolls and I got like 4-5 pcs of them with half sized avocado and the rest didn’t even have avocado. Some sushi had a weird taste and fishy smell like it was days old. A hard no from me.

Poke bowl was delicious . Thank you ! In compare to another place in San Ramon. In Joy Sushi you choose the ingredients and they prepare bowl of your choice for you. It was juicy, tasty, for $11.95 or something like that, for 2 proteins. They also have tofu, of course sushi, smoothie and much more.

I ordered the baked lobster roll. Doesn’t taste like lobster it tasted like lil shrimp and there was no taste. It was so bland and there was no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It was so hot. Not good!
