the people and manager are great people trying their best …. but theirs no reason i should be waitint 25 minutes for some mac and cheese what happend to fast food ?????? i understand stand if u backed up but making me wait at the doors that long is so ridiculous…….. seems they had nth ready or organized this place needs help from management or corporate bad man its ridiculous poor manager was a great guy but seems hes workijg with bunch of kids who r on theur phone and dont care enough obviously… just highly disappointed

Floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days, tables were dirty with crumbs of chicken. The men’s bathroom have the soap dispenser in the sink, bathroom also dirty. The drink machine is dirty, can pretty much guarantee that the nozzles hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The chicken was dried and looks dark like they haven’t changed the cooking for some time. I will not be coming here ever again! If you can’t keep your dinning room clean than how am I supposed to think that you can keep anything else clean. Employee just standing around instead of cleaning, manager just eating in the dinning room not caring what’s going on. Dirtiest place I have been too… waste of my $23…… I could even finish my food due to the condition. Of the place. Not to mention they had the doors open held open by the fire extinguisher… bugs are just coming in and out of the place. This place needs to be inspected by the health dept ASAP

I ordered online at 5:02 pm, and the food wasn’t ready until 6:20. Then I ordered honey mustard and hot sauce and they only gave me two of each ☹️ Seriously, what a disappointment. I know you’re busy, but there was an online order placed at 5:49 pm and it wasn’t ready until 6 pm. Seriously, what a disappointment.

It’s honestly ridiculous to charge for dipping sauces and then forget them almost every single time I order and pay for them. I’ve ordered from this location five times, and four of those times my sauces were missing. The other time, they completely forgot to include one of my items.

Please make sure your employees are
being competent and simply read the receipt order. It’s not that hard.

Unless you wish to be subjected to repeated instances of disrespect, indignity, rudeness, and an incorrect order, it is strongly advised that you refrain from visiting this Popeyes establishment, EVER. Yesterday at 5:11 pm, I ordered a 12 Signature Hot Wings with two ranch dipping sauces, fries, and a Minute Maid Lemonade without ice. However, I received a 12-piece plain wings with no sauce, coleslaw, and a regular Sweet Tea with ice. The staff failed to inform me when I collected my order at the drive-thru window that they were out of Signature hot sauce or that they were providing me with plain wings instead of my signature hot order. I had specifically requested Signature hot wings. I utilized 900 points for the 6-piece combo and then paid $8.65 for the remaining 6 wings, but they provided me with all plain wings, which is not what I requested. This is unacceptable service. When I inquired with the drive-thru worker about the lack of communication at the beginning of my visit and my specific request, he attempted to be rude and attributed my inconvenience to my decision not to enter the establishment. However, it is important to note that online orders do not require an in-person visit, as indicated in the app. I have been using this drive-thru through the mobile app for months, and I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior. When I further questioned why they chose to waste over 7 minutes of my time by not informing me about the situation and instead bringing me the incorrect food, he repeatedly insisted that “you wasted your own time” for waiting for my own food at the drive-thru as instructed by the app. He also suggested that if I had entered the establishment, they would have informed me. This is illogical, as he was the same individual who knew the details of my order and informed the other person at the window that it was being prepared. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that he simply chose not to disclose the lack of Signature hot sauce due to laziness. The day before yesterday, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru window at the same time as yesterday, who disregarded me and exhibited disrespectful behavior. He informed me that I could not simply pull up to the drive-thru and insisted that I enter the establishment to place my order at the counter. He further stated that I needed to come inside and collect my order at the counter, emphasizing that he was not interested in my request. Despite my previous mention of having a mobile app order and providing my name, he ignored me for an extended period. Only after I unplugged my phone from the charger and displayed the mobile order on the screen did he begin to fulfill my request by yelling to his coworker if they had an order in my name. On today’s occasion, he threatened to contact law enforcement in two minutes if I did not vacate his line. This was solely because I had inquired about the absence of the sauce I had ordered, which he had not disclosed initially. Consequently, I was compelled to seek alternative options to avoid wasting my time. In both instances, the individual in question was dressed in a grey Popeyes uniform and a hat. He was of substantial physical stature, approximately six feet tall, and not to be confused with the thinner individual of the like height who wears black. This restaurant needs to be inspected and shut down!

Popeyes has a 2.3 and I see why after just going there. Ordered spicy tenders and when I opened box it was regular and employee says that’s all they have. I wanted the food I ordered and not a replacement. If you don’t have it, state that, or tell me to wait. I go in and ask for something different. Employees just standing around leaving customers to pull around. There was a lady that drove around that they even forgot about. Food wasn’t good 0/10 after spending $30+ for 2 meals

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this has been happening every single time I order from this Popeyes location. I always order two separate 6-piece wing combos, and instead of packing them in two individual boxes like I paid for, they keep putting everything together as if I ordered a 12-piece. The order is not going to the same place that’s exactly why I order them separately.

I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the consistency of the mistakes is really frustrating. When I pay for two separate meals, I expect them to be packed as two separate meals. I actually enjoy the food here, but the accuracy and attention to detail definitely need improvement.

Honestly things have improved so much recently. + Had a situation where Popeyes took my money on Thanksgiving but were closed.

The manager grantley and the GM replaced my order and were super helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work
