Highly disappointed with the service, my husband and I go out of our way to come from north end to eat here, and we actually made it known to them last week while stopping in, we love the food and come a far way just to eat.
Last night 02/24 we came in after work as usual before going back home to the north end. I didn’t realize until we left after dining in, they had charged me extra for a medium sized drink.
Usually I’d let it go, but after being hung up on when I called to explain I couldn’t come back at 9:30pm and only being offered a drink and not a refund was mind blowing!
I didn’t need the extra drink, we ordered a drink with the meal, I wanted a refund and was able to stop in the next day but wasn’t even able to get that out to the kid on the phone before he hung up on me after I told him about 3 times, I would just like a refund for the drink, I already ate and can’t come back today. then click. We’ve given this place business for 3 years now. We will not be returning because of this.
Not okay to take money from people, then not offer it back and only offer a drink we didn’t need or want.
We left the place about 8:35 and didn’t make it home until about 9:10 with traffic.

Flavor of the food was good and the guy taking and filling our order was the best ever. He was so personable and super helpful. Taught us some Spanish too.
My rolled chicken tacos were full of chunks of chicken and topped with plenty of cheese, guacamole and lettuce. The green sauce was tasty with them. I love spicy but wasn’t totally down with the flavor of the red sauce. But that being said it seemed traditional because I have tasted that same flavor at other taco shops. You may love the red I perfered the green or cholula etc. The Carne Asada taco was a good size and the steak had good spices. The burritos were shareable since they were pretty big but I know my son and husband could probably finish one. Afterwards they may complain about being too full. Overall place had good service, good prices, and good food. I would go back.

I dont offer 5s often. Ive been to several Atilanos locations here in Spokane and CDA. This one stood out with top notch service and burrito quality. I ordered the Atilano No sour cream. When they delivered my burrito to my table they joked with me in a way that told me they knew no sour cream. They had grilled onions and peppers, all the different salsa, pickled carrots and all that good stuff. Not all the locations have that. At other locations the Atilano burrito is more potatoes than meat. Not here, perfect amount of meat with potatoes. They took mu order quick and with a smile. They also had my food to me within a few minutes. The overall attitude was positive and friendly, like they wanted to be there.

Look, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the food, but that is when they get it right. I’ve been to this location about three times, and another one about the same. At the other location I got the #6, which was 2 enchiladas, and I always choose chicken. Every single time, I’ve asked to get green sauce for the enchiladas, and green salsa on the side. The other location I went to always got it right, but this location only does it right when I go in and order, not when I use the drive thru. This time I made sure to clarify that I wanted BOTH green sauce, and green salsa, which I’m pretty sure are the same, they just use the salsa for the sauce. And the worker repeated it back correctly. I went to the window, paid, and got my change, but they cut me short for some of it, not giving me the rest of my change. I parked off to the side to look if they got my order right, and they once again didn’t. I’m not one to go in and cause a scene, so I just went home and ate it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad, I just don’t like it as much as the green one. The workers are nice, but they need to start listening better. Safe to say, I’m disappointed with this location.

The food was pretty good for a fast Mexican place, with plenty of good authentic options and not just Tex-Mex or Cali burritos. And it’s nice that they are open late.

However, the drive-thru service was not very good. The guy on the headset spoke broken English and seemed to have trouble understanding it. That’s fine, but maybe don’t have him working the drive-thru speaker? But then, he acts like *you* are the jerk in the situation, grimacing out the window and throwing his hands up. I came prepared, having reviewed the menu before I went, so I wasn’t waffling. I had to repeat my order items multiple times for him to get them, though he did eventually get the 4 items I was trying order recorded correctly.

But then they still got it wrong. At the window, he asked whether I wanted red or green salsa, and I asked for 3 reds. I got 3 greens. It tasted good and was probably a better match for my food, anyway, so whatever. But they didn’t put my chocoflan in the bag at all. I was the only customer there, so there was really no excuse to mess up my order in any way.

I’ll probably get food from Atilano’s again, but I’ll have to try a different location. Disappointing, as this one is really close to my house. Maybe the newer one on Sprague is better.

My boyfriend and I love going here because their food is amazing. But the last couple of times we have went there the employee at the drive thru window was absolutely rude and short with us, and it looked like our food was thrown together and we were charged for extra cheese, didn’t get it. We got a 1/4 of meat than we usually get. Overall not happy. I will be going to the other location for now on!

I could smell the chorizo a block away! Clean friendly and delicious!!!

Especially roomy and the menu was a breeze to navigate. Making selection from the vast menu simple.

Music was fun also!

Honestly, I came in here and I ordered the fajitas. They came out looking as pictured and I was excited to dig in! A few bites in i hot something hard and not edible. Still hungry from 8 hours of driving i ate more until fruit flies landed on my rice.
Once i got back to my hotel i immediately rushed to the bathroom…
I’m still there. Suffering.

The food and service is great. Also the location is alright as well. The thing they could improve on is the cleanliness, but besides that it’s a great place and I’d recommend anyone to try it if they haven’t.
