I would have loved to give this a better score. The grinder was good, the service was terrible. I was treated like an idiot, it was my first time here. Instead of being an ambassador and helpful, my server was disgusted that I was unsure of the ordering process. Guess what? Im not going back. There are 100 other grinder options in a 1/2 mile radius. I’ll go there instead of being belittled. Plus, The grinder roll was brick hard, not soft like it should be.

I eat here periodically. It is always good. Quick. If I were to compare it to other-like sub shops (Subway, Potbelly’s, Jimmy John’s, etc.), I’d say it is at the top or tied with Potbelly’s.

I also just used them (through EZ Cater) to cater a work event for 45 people. I ordered 7 platters of grinders. The package came with bags of cookies and pasta, potato, and macaroni salads.

They included 70 bags of chips, sealed containers of mustard, onions, sliced peperonchini, mayonnaise, and 7 bottles of oil for the sandwiches.

I was delighted to find plates, napkins, and plastic utensils among the bags.

Delivery showed up at exactly the time requested.

The entire process was easy, and everything showed up as expected, and with a few pleasant surprises. My team thoroughly enjoyed everything.

I’d also add, that I placed this order within one day of the event. The fact they could support this, in this manner, on such short notice, is nothing short of impressive. Great job!

The meatball grinders were really good, much better than the big N competition, and they come in 3 different sizes. Could use a bit more sauce but very good at any rate. Check them out I think you will enjoy their sandwiches.

Traveling for work, first time there the guy working the register and making subs was great with a recommendation and super friendly. Godfather toasted – add onion, banana peppers, honey mustard, mayo. Will be back anytime I’m in the area

Solid Subs restaurant! We had the cheesesteak and it had great flavor and the bread was soft and was definitely fresh! Only thing I would change is the Mayo they use but that’s just personal preference. The restaurant is so cute gives off diner vibes.

It’s pretty disturbing. The men’s room has no soap. Not even a dispenser for it. To me that may mean the people making our food don’t use soap. Pretty gross.

On today’s visit I had the 7″ Chicken Sub. It was great and that size was perfect for me. I have always liked the food here. There are plenty of personnel behind the counter (7 i could see) but I think they need to stream line their process. Also, when you get to the cashier while your sub is being made, they should not just rely on the customer telling them what they ordered. How hard could it be to automate that? Curbside pickup works great and plenty of seating if you prefer to dine in.

Like everything, all good things must come to an end. DiBella’s is a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. This is what you get now when you ask for a 3 meat sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomato and peppers. Save yourself your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

The flavor of the old fashioned was very good, although, unfortunately, it was absolutely smothered in oil. And I mean oil was everywhere, it was almost impossible to eat because it was sliding out of my hands lol. Oil was coating the outside of the bread and the sandwich leaked through the paper, the little bag it comes in, AND the large bag. I’d say if you want to try them, maybe pass on the “Dibellas famous oil” or ask for it on the side. Otherwise, a good sandwich. Macaroni salad was good as well.

I ordered a Godfather sandwich for pickup, and when I got home there was no meat on my sandwich. Pretty, pretty bad. I did not eat the meatless sub with wet lettuce and DiBellas Famous Oil.
