We live 5 mins from this place and finally got around to checking it out. We ordered 2 pizzas for takeout.
Pizza was decent, but I wouldn’t say it was memorable. Little more pricy than the other options out there.
They are known for their salad bar, so we might have to eat in to have a better experience.

I took my kids and grandparents here at 1pm on a Tuesday for lunch. When we came in, I was ready to leave immediately when I seen every table – was terribly dirty. I felt I had driven all this way so I told the desk person of this issue and proceeded to pay over $50 for all of us (5 people). We found a spot prior that was near a section of what looked like a workspace. The buffet was very scarce and I asked if they will ne making more food. I was told that they were slow and they weren’t going to make any more for an entire section. (See in photos). I said that if I am to come in and see an empty buffet, how will I try the food? They said they had garlic sticks and was fine with that. After they started making more pizzas and asked what we would like to try, which was nice. I Said again if I could try the macaroni and seems I was getting excuses of why the staff didn’t want to make any. I came back and seen there was one compartment filled (macaroni). I took back to try and it was cold :(. Salad bar was good. You have to clear off your own table of plates, and probably end up cleaning your table before you sit also. When we were leaving, they made a dessert. I am really surprised because there were good reviews here! There were about 5 workers here, one should be making sure tables are clean!!! No excuses!

Excellent food at a very good price. Very friendly and polite staff members, very friendly atmosphere to go and we enjoy the food with family, very cheesy yummy varieties of pizzas to choose on their buffet, excellent brownie dessert. Loved the place. They were refilling continuously.

We enjoyed our family lunch here today. The place was clean and had a good selection of pizzas. I like that they have a specialty pizza of the week to add variety to their menu for returning customers. The salad bar was great! The kids also enjoyed the window where they could watch pizzas being made.

The Pizza Crafters was the perfect choice. Their salad was great. The variety of pizza with Mac and Cheese satisfied the toddlers. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza has the right amount of sauce. The dessert brownie didn’t look appealing… To our surprise it was perfect.

I’ve been to pizza crafters a few time and have always had a good experience. Tonight however was different. I ordered takeout and when I got home I opened the box and there was no cheese on the pizza. I called and spoke to the manager who tried to explain to me they use fresh mozzarella so it might look different. I know what fresh mozzarella looks like and it was definitely not on the pizza.

Love this pizza buffet joint. Great variety of pizzas that may be made on the spot. Nice variety in the salad bar. Our grand kids love the place. Unfortunate that they have closed.

Our visit was on a Saturday around 1pm. The buffet was not well stocked. They never brought any new food and the same five stale cold pizzas were still there when we finished. The food may be good but it’s hard to tell when you have had cold pizza that has been sitting out for what looks like at least an hour. They had a few shriveled up bread sticks as well. They have no straws and looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked for one so I just gave up trying to acquire one. They have several staff standing around doing nothing but expect you to clear off your own dishes and put them in some bins near the buffet. I would recommend you avoid this place it’s just not worth it. I feel like I would have better off just buying a hot pocket and heating it up in a dirty gas station microwave. At least it would not have cost me $15 a person.
