I used to be a fan of Rancho Pantanal, and my kid loved coming here too. Unfortunately, today was a huge disappointment. I ordered picanha—one of my favorite cuts at any Brazilian steakhouse—and it was easily the worst steak I’ve ever had. The meat was extremely hard, completely lacking tenderness, and had no flavor at all. It honestly felt like chewing a piece of rubber rather than steak.
This place is not what it used to be. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend it anymore.

The steak was BEYOND dry and chewy. It was either days old or severely overcooked! Disgusting. It was damn near beef jerky! Ordered on uber and mind you this is supposed to be medium well steak

This Brazilian buffet boasts a large selection of different kinds of dishes. There’s even a grilling section where there are different types of barbecued meat that’s perfectly cooked and sliced up in front for you. The buffet is by the pound and it’s so easy to stack that plate as everything looks extremely delicious and is!!! There’s steak, chicken, and pork that was very tender, oxtail that I liked, and different vegetable and meat dishes, and a salad bar, also beautiful tasty desserts and a huge selection of beverages. You pay first before you eat it and no worries about the bill. You do have to stand in line with your meal to pay though, which it’s a bit hard to get the drink and juggle a plate of food. So plan accordingly. I really enjoyed their delicious buffet and I highly recommend it. Definitely a must try and I promise, you will be full when you leave.

This place has so much potential. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. There’s a huge sign out front that says “all you can eat buffet” except we were charged by the LB and no buffet. False advertisement. The girl at the counter was more interested in her phone than servicing the customers. No ONE spoke English. Some items on the line were cold like the fish. We came, we saw, and won’t be returning

I really enjoy this Brazilian restaurant. It’s always clean, even the bathrooms, which is a big plus. I visit often, especially during early lunch hours when the food is fresh and just coming out. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

So where do I begin let’s start with the food it is not worth the $50 price tag. Food was just average, customer service is disgusting the lady at the counter have a rude demeanor about her, she act like she is pissed when you ask her a question. First time impression is huge for me, so they failed to impress me. I will not go back, when hunger strike I’ll take my hard earned cash somewhere else.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My sister recommended this place bc her and her family love it and been going there for years! So I tired it and the first time it was pretty good, but last night we went and this time the Food was cold/stale and surprisingly only two/3 options for meat! Chicken wings chicken breast wrapped in bacon or steak. Once we made out plates and paid we sat to eat there at the restaurant and as we were about to start eating a cockroach came running across the table walked over a plate of food and then circled the table and ended up in the napkin holder! Naturally me and my lil girl screamed and my partner began to gather our things to leave I went to the cashier and explained what happened and she wasn’t surprised and offered to let us make new plates!!!! I said no I don’t want a new plate that disgusting and we are no longer even hungry at this point so please just give us back our money she went back and forth with us about making a plate to go etc and we had to keep insisting to get our money back she finally spoke to someone in the back and came back and gave us our money back and continued serving food and letting people sit to eat didn’t even bother cleaning our table aside from taking the plates!!!!
