We ordered the 9 piece Bo Bites and Bo-Berry Biscuits. The Bo Bites were not fresh or warm at all. We had to wait for the biscuits and when we did finally received them, after at least a 10 minute wait, they were not warm either. The employee seemed more interested in flirting with each other than ensuring we had our food and were taken care of. This is the worst Bojangles we have experienced and will not revisit that location again.

Why is it every time i go to this bojangles the sides look more empty than full? I pay for a side of rice you would think it would atleast be close to the top but no. And its been multiple times now… thought it was just a one time thing but now i dont think so why pay for food youre not getting then. The chicken is so dry and shrunken it looks like it was made the day before its ridiculous

Found blue plastic in gravy either glove or packing bag was to to chose another side someone else was lucky to get the rest of the contaminated gravy cause they didn’t toss it out

1/3 of my meal was not edible; i chose FRIED french frys for my side and they came out way undercooked almost like baking texture not fried in oil.. it hurt my stomach to eat cause all of the oil.. i tried to have the workers fix the mistake and give me actual fries but i received the same consistency and the same awful fries; moral of the story they will give you uncooked food and when you asked for food cooked all the way they will give you the same batch of just whatever made no empathy or understanding just don’t waste your time or money and for your stomachs stake

The day shift seems to be great which is why I’m giving two stars. However, the night shifts absolutely tanks their rating. Two weeks in a row we have ate here. Both times the food was not fresh to the point where it could no longer be consumed. They seem to be out of everything and take no pride in their customer service and make sparky comments. It’s a shame with the great service I received from the lunch shift just earlier in the week.

I went through the drive through at the Bojangles in Granite Falls a couple days ago to grab myself a Cajun Fillet biscuit, I pulled up to the menu board to place my order and I could have sworn there was a robot taking my order because the voice on the other side of the speaker certainly didn’t sound human, but when I pulled up to the window to retrieve my breakfast there indeed was a human being handing my food to me ( or perhaps a very well crafted cyborg )…has anyone else had this experience?
Update…. I guess the automated ordering is ok and it gets your order accurate but it still takes a human being to put the right stuff in the bag, I’m sure that’s all coming soon enough.

1st review: Why would you give me two chicken strips on a biscuits in place of my cajan filet. Dinner ruined and even had to wait on borounds. Could have given the correct biscuits there was plenty of time and no sauce. No bbq in store and couldn’t even get the honey mustard sauce in my bag.
Another chance given month later: Missing food out of bag, rude staff, ringing up order wrong, greasy food, NOT fresh despite 30 min wait, gave us wrong order to even begin with they took it back and still couldn’t give us the right order! NEVER STOP HERE!!! WORTH GOING TO HUDSON OR LENOIR!
