I absolutely love the workers here! They’re so friendly and my food is always correct. I usually go for chicken fries and their morning hash browns. They never miss and taste delicious all the time. The restaurant itself is pretty clean as well. The manager Beatriz usually takes my order at the front and she’s nice. And the lady who made my food today, I believe her name was Lupe, she’s sweet too. Overall, I love this place! I will definitely keep coming here

I had an amazing experience at Burger King! From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well-organized, and smelled incredible. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. I went with the Whopper meal, and it did not disappoint — the burger was hot, juicy, and full of that signature flame-grilled flavor that you just can’t get anywhere else. The fries were crispy and golden, and the soda was perfectly chilled.
What really stood out to me was how fresh everything tasted — you can tell they take pride in making the food right. I also appreciated how easy it was to customize my order, and they got every detail exactly how I wanted.

Nobody would come to the register I had to order from the screen. I then had to wait 20-30 minutes for a few fries & burgers. I then got home & when I checked the bag, and my burger had no bun. We asked for plain and they gave us cheese & only the pattie. I called and they never picked up.

In this location, they don’t even respond to a simple hello or thank you. I’m honestly surprised, especially in a country like the United States where customer service is supposed to be a priority. Several times when I went to pick up my food, I said “hello,” and they just stared at me without saying anything. When they handed me my food and I said “thank you,” again, no response at all. At one point I even wanted to ask if they’re unable to speak, but I decided to let it go. However, I felt it was important to write this review so you are aware of the situation.

Update Feb 27: WORST SERVICE EVER AT 7:08pm the male employee with braces ruined my order. I ordered the rodeo cheeseburger and the dumb worker gave me A WHOPPER JR SIZE WHEN I NEVER SAID IT. Train your employees right. I don’t ever recommend this Burger King it is the worst one to ever go to

They are very courteous you don’t have to wait long for your order the food and the fries were very delicious better than In-N-Out I’ll say that for sure

Forgot why I stop coming here but was refreshed why. came In the same time as the customer before me but they helped her out 10 mins later after the lady was helped and was talking with another customer sense apparently they were a regular finally was helped and I was on a 30 min time crunch so that resulted why I only got a little bit of food so by the time I got my food and go back to eat it notice I only had 10 mins left into the 30 mins thank you burger king for reminding me why I stop coming and won’t be back disappointed also why is it always hot in there does the ac not work reason to why I didn’t eat there. Should of just walked out then waiting there but today is a lesson learn makes sense why there was hardly any customers

My family and I visited Burger King on Sunday, 19th November, 2023. My husband ordered chicken fry 12 pieces for himself along with Nuggets, kids meal for lil one, and grilled sandwich for me. Hubby said, the chicken fry piece was tasting off. I suggested to him, let them know. He told the cashier a gentleman, and he didn’t replace it. Mind you, if a customer complains about what they ate, it is not tasting good. The least you can do is give them something else in return. However, that wasn’t the case. He had to pay for another item. It was International Men’s Day, you all don’t take these things into consideration. In hindsight, I should have gone and asked to speak to the Manager. That is highly unacceptable. Even if it was to pay the difference. I will not be patronizing this Burger King again, and we honestly do not eat fast food as such. School is out for children, give it a chance. The crispy chicken tacos was alright, the chicken sandwich was oily.
Burger King, you all need to do better.
