Compared to other Subway locations, this one stood out right away because the vegetables looked very fresh—especially the tomatoes and cucumbers. It was around noon and everything was well stocked. Staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. Prices are the usual for Subway. I built my own sandwich and was very happy with it.

I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times. The staff is rude. They don’t prepare orders correctly, they substitute things without asking. They also argue with you about what you have paid for and I have been ripped off here several times. Today I was charged for three bottled drinks, given three fountain drinks and was told I was wrong regardless of the physical evidence I have on my email receipt as well as computer history. This was not the first time. If I didn’t like Subway as a brand I would have stopped going here years ago. These people are crooks.

when they prepare the sandwich, they keep asking the options, and literally like spitting on the food. They never participate the online promotion like other nearby stores, which make this shop is way more expensive. Sammamish indeed need another subway to bring in some competitions to this only store

Ordered the cold cut combo. Had to ask about the other meats as he only put on bologna and no other meats before asking for toppings and cheese. I had to ask twice to have the full cold cut combo. Still got a bologna sandwich with a lot of lettuce and fillers. Keep an eye on your sandwich to make sure your getting what your paying for. 11.24.2024 5:00pm.

Always an issue when I eat here – the latest is when I ordered a meatball sub. Once the worker added the meatballs and sauce, a good third of the sandwich was dry. I asked her to add more meatballs, and I was ignored. I asked again, and the lady mumbled something to the man who seemed to be in charge (manager?) and he mumbled something back. She then very carefully added a minimum of meatballs and sauce to fully cover the bread, but then once I paid, I saw that they had charged me extra for meatballs to just fill out the sandwich; more infuriatingly, they never even told me, and I had to specifically ask for the receipt to even see this. Finally, this was a take-out order, and once I got home, the *outside* of the sandwich wrapper was very wet – no idea why. I won’t be back.

I waited 30 minutes to eat my food because the service and atmosphere was horrible. As soon as I open my sandwich at work I immediately noticed the bottom of the sandwich the bread looks moldy and there is a hair, eye lash. I’m disgusted and this is on top off my horrible day. Thanks , I think I’m done with subway. I should have honestly went to jimmy johns.
