This is our neighborhood Starbucks! Every time we go for a walk, we stop by to grab a warm cup of coffee and then explore the beautiful surroundings. Everything Mila is wearing can be found in our store @LuxuryPupShopUS.

A solid Starbucks, with consistent drinks and food, attentive service, and friendly, if very busy, employees. I’ve never had a problem with my order, and the quality of the drinks is great and consistent. The food and pricing is the standard Starbucks experience. It’s a nice location to duck into when exploring Downtown, especially on a weekend or weekday afternoon/evening.
The only issue is the sheer volume of people, since this is the only Starbucks location in New Haven (and is in the Downtown area). Mobile orders can easily take 20-30 minutes during the morning or lunch rush, when seating can also be hard to come by. There is a passcode-locked bathroom, which sometimes runs out of supplies during the aforementioned rush periods.

Drinks were great but the coffee shop could use a lot of cleaning. Not just the floors, counters, windows, table so I think it is the entire shop that is unkept and wish at least the serving stations are tidy.
I know people working here are hard working and hope they get the support needed to be able to manage making drinks and cleanliness.

This is the only closest Starbucks in my area. Needless to say, it’s the only one I am stuck using time and time again regardless of how wrong they get my orders. I do not typically make complaints when they get something wrong since I see how busy they are. However, when I order online, in a timely manner, and for them to still get my order wrong is absolutely ridiculous. I always order the same thing; iced shaken espresso with light ice, sometimes with cold foam. Please see attached images and make your own assumption.

Only place in 7 years that refused to fill my no ice cold brew. It was filled slightly higher than half. If I order x amount of coffee I expect that much coffee. I get it that when you load it with ice it fills the cup so youre effectively reducing the coffee amount. So be more honest and up charge for no ice. The Barista said its not their policy to fill it. Its also wasting plastic and looks stupid to have this large half filled cup

Great starbucks location! I love how it’s close to basically everything, has pretty good parking near it as well but the limit for time is 2 hours (so if you want to closely walk around Yale, it might not be the best fit.) But close to Yale, and a few other tourist attractions. The staff was nice and patient (their machines were done and they were clearly stressed) but friendly for sure. Their bathrooms were closed at the moment, which was one of the downsides, but it was closed for cleaning so I guess that’s alright. Drinks were well made though and really good.
