Service- waited 22 mins for 3 drinks, there were 5 people working, 5 PEOPLE!
Atmosphere- empty, and tables were sticky
The only issue is the sheer volume of people, since this is the only Starbucks location in New Haven (and is in the Downtown area). Mobile orders can easily take 20-30 minutes during the morning or lunch rush, when seating can also be hard to come by. There is a passcode-locked bathroom, which sometimes runs out of supplies during the aforementioned rush periods.
I know people working here are hard working and hope they get the support needed to be able to manage making drinks and cleanliness.
Empty store. Three in the afternoon. Four employees on. Two people waiting for drinks. One at the register.
Ten minutes to pour a coffee that was ordered ahead?
Whoever the new manager is, they are far worse than the last one!
