One of the nicest taco bells I’ve been to! Clean and food was correct (except for my freeze drink, but I liked the flavor so I don’t mind). I used the kiosk so I didn’t really interact with the employees, but they seemed jovial and like they enjoyed being here.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a bit. Today I placed a rather large order online of 3 Taco Party Packs and a #7. I was fully expecting the staff to be overwhelmed but they were the complete opposite! The staff was very friendly and very polite even apologizing for the wait even though I received my order pretty fast for the quantity of tacos ordered. I have anxiety when I need to place large orders like today but the staff working today was amazing and did a wonderful job. Inside the restaurant appeared they may be in the middle of changing signage but the area appeared clean. I will be returning very soon.

Gave me a 1/2 teaspoon of ground beef on top of my nachos. 4 tomatoes, a few dots of sour cream and a splash of nacho cheese. Where do they do this at? I was very disappointed and will never ever return to this location. This makes me think that this was just an act of not paying attention. There is just no excuse. There was nothing Grande about those Nachos!!!!!!

Rushed from work to grab a late dinner for the family and arrived at 1:52am and the women asks if I had a Door Dash or mobile order which I informed her I did not so she legitimately said “O will we closed then”. Before leaving the parking lot I decided to swing back through the drive thru to ask when a manager will be available for me to speak with tomorrow and her response is “Ill be here tomorrow” so I proceed to ask her why they are closed early when they are actively advising that they are open until 2am and her response is “Its literally 5 minutes before closing” so I reply with “Yes so why are you already closed then?” Without a response her from. I will 100% be going in person tomorrow and speaking with whom ever is actually the manager and contacting corporate.

Customer service was horrible. Ordered on kiosk nobody was in front to even greet or see us. After placing order was told that they were out of egg and wasn’t cooking anymore because it takes 30 min (10:15am). Girl had the sorriest attitude for no reason. Giving away food to friends in drive thru. Drink machine wasn’t working. Fries cooked in old grease just disgusted

I am a regular customer of this location. They offer excellent service, the food is always hot, and my order is always correct. Very friendly young people. It’s so nice to go to a restaurant and the staff has such wonderful manners.
When there’s a problem in the store with things like the credit card machines or any other issues customers may have a problem with, they solve the problem quickly and effectively.
I appreciate how hard the staff works, especially at this time because COVID has made getting employees tough. They are doing a fantastic job with the staff they have, and they do a great job of taking care of me as a customer.
