Chipotle on Airline Dr. has got to be the worst there is. I walked in around 7pm on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 5-10 minutes while one employee was scrolling on her phone and another employee looked right at me and went to the back and started talking to her co-worker. I stood there, only person in line and never was approached from an employee. I’d skip this chipotle. It SUCKs. The people who work there SUCK!! This has happened 3 times at that location so I stopped going there.

The food taste was ok, I had a chicken bowl, my chicken seemed a lil dry and very little given in the bowl, with rice, Pico, fajitas veggies, lettuce, sour cream, house vinegaritte, corn, cheese. The worker seemed focused only on what they were doing, not much friendly hospitality. Overall, restaurants clean, no line, and it was right at/ around lunch, so that was awesome. Chips and queso were ok as well. The queso was liquidity, but ok.

I am a vegetarian and I wanted them to change their gloves before preparing my order. The person at my ask did change the gloves. However, after half a point in preparing my order, he handed it over to his colleague for the remaining preparation who did not change the gloves. It was not very busy in the restaurant too. I probably won’t visit Chipotle again as this keeps happening and they are not able to apply common sense.

I’m so disappointed. The last TWO times the rice has been crunchy. I hoped it was just a bad night the last time. Tonight the food was so salty I couldn’t even eat around the rice. The guac that you pay an absurd amount extra for was brown like something out of a diaper and clearly not fresh. This was one of the few places left in the area that was decent and fresh. So much for that. Don’t get me started on calling them to resolve anything. An operator will talk you in circles and hang up. Then when you finally get someone on the phone, it’s not from their location and they can’t pull your order up without the order number that is half printed on the receipt. Now you get to play the guessing game. Then you’ll be offered a free replacement meal. Yum. More crunchy day old rice and guac. Save yourself $20 and high blood pressure and make yourself a burrito bowl at home.

we were all waiting on more white rice because they ran out before they finished cooking more. The guy in the back of the kitchen complained that the rice cooker kept shutting off, and he kept taking off the lid and stirring it. A few minutes later he dishes some out and mixed the cilantro and lime in. They made my families burritos and we left. I had an hour and a half drive to get home. By the time I got home and was able to eat my burrito, I was very disappointed. The rice was overcooked and mushy in places and undercooked and crunchy in others. It was awful. I also couldn’t taste the seasonings in the rice. They need to replace the machine and teach those boys how to properly handle rice and to always taste before you serve. I hope that had they tasted it they would not have served it.

Asked for a little bit more meat and of course they said I would have to be charged extra for double meat. I said I only wanted a few more pieces because the portion was very small. I was told “that’s the chipotle way”. Terrible.

Employees seem to want to be anywhere but working here; minimal communication. The floor throughout the entire restaurant was dirty as if it hadn’t been swept All day; half the tables needed cleaning. Terrible environment whose only positive was the food. Must do better, Chipotle.

Burrito was FILLED with pork fatty tissue. Not even an ounce of pulled pork meat. I bit the burrito and also threw up. I don’t know what Chipotle changed but they need to undo whatever they did. I will literally NEVER order again. $15 burrito in the freaking trash. The Queso cheese was watered down. I spent $25 on all the items…should’ve taken my aśš to Taco Bell. I FEEL LIKE THE PERSON OVER THE WEBSITE/MOBILE ORDER DID IT ON PURPOSE. There is no way possible that it wasn’t even more than an ounce of actual shredded pork in my burrito.
