Went through the drive through last night 1/28/26. They did not have the January blizzard of the month so I got a chocolate dip cone. My husband got a small Oreo blizzard. When I went to eat mine I said to my husband that the ice cream didn’t taste like normal. My husband waited till he got home to eat his and he asked me to taste it. I said it taste like the ice cream is soured milk. He threw his away. Thinking we won’t be going back

Now, i don’t know if this is because of the new owners or what. But I shouldn’t even be giving them one star, as they truly deserve zero. The management here is incredibly poor and all the employees are drama-filled. They gossip about each other, aren’t clean, and use their bare hands, which is simply unsanitary. This is a fast-food restaurant, and people are waiting for 20 minutes for a three-piece meal deal. What is going on here? What happened to the old management? The old manager of this place had everything and everyone in check. I use to come here all the time, i loved this specific location a lot but i have stopped coming as much and i think i’m not coming here anymore at all. This place genuinely needs to be shut down or all new employees. Come on DQ step up y’all’s game.

I normally don’t complain, but I felt like management needs to step it up a bit. I ordered food for me & my son. I always come here and never complain, I did not like the burger I had. It just didn’t taste right. I normally don’t order burgers, but I wanted to try something different. I called and it was basically “what do you want me to do about it” attitude. I wasn’t asking for a refund I just wanted something different and he didn’t even offer that me to. I would’ve have went back up there and gave the burger back that I didn’t eat and got something else. I won’t be back

None of the employees had their hair tied back and it was just dangling all in the food, honestly couldn’t even eat my food after seeing that, and my food was completely incorrect. I waited for a bit to get it corrected but was ignored, while the employees stared at me from a distance eating while working. Honestly disgusting behavior and I will never return after this experience.

We ordered two blizzards for $12. When we got to the window and paid, we noticed they charged an extra $2 tip without even asking / telling us. They did this after giving us the final price, clearly trying to hide the extra charge. I complained and they took it off, but that was not right at all.

Ordered on doordash, never have had a bad experience from this location, but today seems to be different. I did not get any fries, got my tenders, bread, gravy, and BBQ. I also got my blizzard, but fries were missing. I’ve ordered here plenty of times with. o mistake, but it’s a conscious decision to not put the persons side in the box.

When I went in there behind the counter, there floors looked like they’ve never been sweeped before and like all the machinery and stuff was disgusting. Look like I’ve never been cleaned, and the lady handed a blizzard to a guy and licked her finger after she gave it and then went and gave other customers food

This place is so nasty! I ordered two blizzards and while we were waiting we noticed how nasty the prep area was and that no one had gloves on and there was no way I could eat them after seeing that. They were very busy and I didn’t want to cause a scene so I threw them directly in the trash and walked out. I called the manager later and explained the situation and ask for my money back and he refused. If you are going to eat there you should walk in and see how your food is being prepared. I will never be a customer there again. ( I had to give one star to post this, this place is not deserving of a single star.)
