I was here today around 3:00 PM because a friend wanted to treat me to a burger. I suggested Burger King. One thing I find amazing and scary about this Burger King is that it seems like business is always so slow. The McDonald’s further north on 6th street in contrast is always busy. I don’t understand. I’m beginning to think this Burger King has a bad reputation.
When I parked, I immediately noticed the sign promoting the fact that melts are back. I ordered the shroom & swiss melt with large fries and a frozen beverage. My friend and I ate there. It didn’t take long to get our food. The burger was great, and I was surprised by the quality of the fries. I have long complained about the crappy fries at Burger King. Today, I was served some good fries. Maybe Burger King changed their fries recently. I also enjoyed the frozen Coke. The dining area looks great. It looks like they put a lot of money into remodeling.
My only complaint is I could hear the employees talking loudly in the kitchen despite the fact I was sitting a fair distance from it, and I could hear them occasionally yelling profanity. Maybe they thought the dining area was empty because they could not see me and my friend from the counter. It was unprofessional. I still enjoyed my food.

I ordered through the app , fist off because I DoorDash when I first came in the employees told me I’d have to wait a long time if it was for DoorDash, I said no I ordered on the app , told me I’d still have to wait , gave me a cup to get my own drink so I did , my food was ready so I took it out to the car , took a sip of the drink and it had no flavor , disgusting , went inside to tell them and hopefully get fresh , they told me they were out of it all through the store , didn’t bother to telle initially , I asked if I could get a refund for the drink then , they proceeded to tell me I had to wait for them to fill all the orders they had before anyone could help me with that . Absolutely trash service , I haven’t tried the food yet , I may just throw it away at this point , I’m guessing it’s cold and soggy .

I came through drive on my way home and was greeted so pleasantly by Ashley im a picky person and she was so attentive and clarified that she had my order correct she asked me if I wanted any cookies or a Hershey pie with my order which I would of never thought to order if she hadn’t. It literally sounded like she was smiling through the speaker. My food was fresh and hot and made correctly nothing was missing which is almost a miracle with fast food restaurants in general. I’m so pleased with how fast and accurate they were.

Ordered at 4:50 and didn’t receive my food until 5:15. That’s ridiculous with 5 staff members when I’ve seen the big guy and two others do it just fine. It’s inexcusable that a few burgers, fries and tots takes TWENTY FIVE MINUTES when other orders even bigger get done in less than that.
I saw at least 10 orders be finished before ours.
BIGGEST MISTAKE: Clicking the screen that my order was finished LONG before I got it. That is UNACCEPTABLE!
Also, a woman who seemed like she may be a manager tried to play it all off like it was crazy they hadn’t gotten my drinks yet when I had been clearly sitting at the front table waiting. Her excuse was short staffing. The lack of responsibility of discrepancies is astonishing. Management, I urge to check the timing of my order when it was claimed to be finished and compare with my testimony. Then retrain your staff on correct procedure for customer satisfaction. I also urge that you

I was traveling Through Beatrice with my kids around lunchtime, so decided to stop into the local Burger King and let me tell you it did not disappoint!! During what seems to be a busy time for them, they still greeted me and my kids instantly, and with a smile on their face was ready to take my order. Ella remained patient as my kids were being pretty indecisive and even gave them options when they were struggling to decide I love that you guys offer choices outside of the happy meal toys as they played with for the moment and then Become just another unplayed toy around my house! After ordering, we sat down to wait for our food. It was pleasantly surprised when another worker brought the food to our table for us. The food was probably the best food I have tasted from any Burger King. It just goes to show that the employees really truly value their jobs and the satisfaction of customers in those Cini Minis were the perfect little desert!! I definitely would stop again anytime I travel through Beatrice!!! I’d also like to say that the new GM Anthony is a lot nicer and seems to care more about customer satisfaction than the previous lady that was working for them as if it wasn’t for the kids. I wouldn’t have stopped into Burger King today based off previous interactions with her.

I waited for 10 minutes, AFTER paying for my order at the drive thru window. Only 2 vehicles showed up behind me, one customer inside, and the truck right behind me was also asked to pull around to the door, as I was also. They said they were still waiting on my chicken jr. 10 min wait for a small order of onion rings (that were obviously cold since I waited for 10 minutes) and a FRESH chicken jr (HA) the sandwich was hardly even warm. Thought I’d give BK another chance, since it’s been quite a while since my last bad experience there… won’t make this mistake again! Not too mention, no apologies or anything when I assaulted about the wait. The girl practically tossed the bag in my car window and walked away.

I’m still currently in the location and the female manager is nothing other than ridiculous only because it’s a little busy. She is degrading to her subordinates and even saying that certain orders will “get them when they get them. I don’t care.” And she is saying this and many other things very loudly to where the whole dining and people in their cars can hear her. Upper Management, you better correct because I saw a nice elderly couple leave shaking their heads simply because of her attitude.

Person taking order does not listen. I ordered 2 hamburgers NO pickles and onion rings. It was to go. Couple miles down the road and out of town I open my bag to find I got 2 hamburgers with pickles and fries!! If I hadn’t been traveling thru Beatrice I would have turned around. To top it off I Blythe person that took my order was the Manager. Do better.
