Not that I expect much from a quick transaction at the gas station but this was just pitiful. I stopped to fill my tire with air, the machine did not function properly and i was unable to get air, not the end of the world but an obstacle. Now being cold in 32 degree temps i decide to get a hot chocolate. I walked in and the one woman behind the cash wrap couldn’t be phased to greet me or others that walked in, not even the problem just unpleasant. I keep it moving to the hot chocolate dispenser to get my beverage and unfortunately it dispensed very light brown water. Obviously indicating the machine need to be filled/serviced, I go to the ONLY woman STILL behind the cash wrap and ask for assistance. She explains i should dump my cup and try it again, im sensible ive already done that prior to asking for help, I explain that ive done that and proceed to show her the discolored watered down “hot chocolate” in my cup only for her to tell me the chocolate must be out and it would take too long to clean it and change it. As if that was so much to ask. Im sorry but is that not apart of your job description? To stock and refill items within your gas station for consumer purchase? Nevertheless her demeanor, unwillingness to help and poor attitude just sucked. Can’t imagine if I needed help with something more than a cup of hot chocolate. Work on your attitude lady or get a job where you dont have to work with the general public if its so bothersome to be helpful at your job!

I was completely shocked when walking into the store on multiple occasions and every single time they’re hot foods are empty, their cold foods are very minimal, Their shelves are messy, And their employees are sloppy and unprofessional.
I just moved here from Wisconsin and our Casey’s are always top notch and very competitive with other gas stations, but apparently Illinois has a different idea of how Casey’s are supposed to be.
This place is a dump. Definitely going to be looking for a new local gas station

Bat Man
This is the most convenient petrol station and I go there several times a week. The gas is fire! No pun intended and I feel like there a little light on the food especially the cheese pizza. Most of staff is pleasant, Casey point have been a nice bonus. Car wash is a B- but it could have been maintenance since the last time I used it, and be in better shape. My biggest gripe which is not a huge deal is they tend to close 15-20 min early and for that late night candy and smoke run it’s devastating for my blood sugar levels.

We’ve been here several times since it reopened, and were quite impressed. It may sound odd to say of a gtas station, but they did a really beautiful job renovating it.
The store itself is quite large – bigger than any other Bucky’s I’ve been in thus far – and very well-organized. It’s also sparkling clean, bathrooms included. This issue part becaus it’d
lbeen made over, but mostly because the staff takes good care of it. Everyone I’ve met thus far was friendly and helpful, and always busy assisting customers.
This location might not carry “everything” a gas station convenience store could be reasonably expected e]hey lack. There’s every kind of snack] organized drink you could imagine, of course. There’s also lots of knick-knacks, toys, mobile phone accessories, regular food, and who knows what else.
So if you’re in the area and need just about anything small in a hurry, this is the place to go.

They need new staff! There are few employees that are great. But the older lady and older man that work there are the WORST. The lady with the long nails always has an attitude and the man continuously judges people when they buy cigarettes… They need to work on their professionalism.. whatever that looks like for a gas station attendant.

I placed pizza delivery for Caseys, the employees did the pizzas for pepperoni including other pizzas that I order did it perfectly. I even came to visit here back in November 2023. Great service and it was a good feeling to come here.

Don’t waste your time coming here, they never have any food ready. This is an awful representation of what most have come to expect from Casey’s. Many of the staff are extremely unpleasant to deal with as well.

Usually like Casey’s, but decided to get the car wash the gas pump offered me for $13 for the deluxe. I had to buy something in the store, and was told the car wash is closed today because it’s too cold. Ok, sure , no problem I’ll just take a refund on the car wash.
Only to be told “we can’t offer a refund on a car wash because it’s good for 30 days”. Well the Casey’s by my house doesn’t have a car wash.
I don’t think you should be offering car washes if they’re not available. I feel like I was fleeced out of $13.
