I got served raw chicken twice and I’m praying I won’t be sick. Ordered a 6 piece and every wing was raw… they apologized and gave me a 10 piece. 3 of 10 were raw again.

Came on my lunch break spent 25 minutes here just to get the wrong order of wings took it back in the store. Still got the wrong order of wings. My fries were burnt and none of them were over an inch long basically getting the crumbs out of the bag. Tried to call to complain, but they don’t pick up the phone. Called several times during the day for two days so no answer. After reading other reviews, I definitely should’ve read the reviews before I stopped with this Location. Just horrible customer service to say I spent almost $20 here.

1st time going to the Wing Stop and my experience was good. The cashier who helped me was very helpful and explanatory especially with it being my first time going there and not knowing what to get or how things work. She even let me taste the sauce on a new flavor wings that they had before I purchase it.

Didn’t get my order the way I ordered. I got 20 boneless wings and different amount of each sauce instead of traditionally splitting it 4 ways because some flavors were new to me and I didn’t know if I would like them. Also some of the “wings” were tiny pieces you get at the bottom of the bag (bottom right)

The lemon pepper flavor had a weird taste. However they are cleaning their dishes, they should thoroughly make sure the detergent is washed away, that’s exactly what the aftermath of the taste of the flavoring resembled. Also, when inquiring about the 15-piece wing special, the guy who took my order was extremely rude and went all over the conversation rambling back n forth. If there is only one wing special having to do with a 15- piece, he should have known upfront exactly what I was referring to. He finally came to his senses after the stupidity. This was my final visit to this location, never again! Please figure out the weird taste coming from the lemon pepper flavor before someone gets sick, gross! However, the cashier was extremely nice and professional!

Wings and flavors are always great. Yet this place gets way too busy, it’ll take over 40 minutes to get your food. The staff is really overwhelmed, so not their fault for the service. Place is really dirty, soda machine drops ice everywhere and the floor has water everywhere. Again not the staffs fault, they just need more help. Order in advance, so you’re not waiting forever.

Placed an order at 8:10 and it’s now 8:50 and I have yet to receive my food. If there was going to be a wait they should’ve let the customers know. It seems like they prioritize door dash or to-go orders before the people that order in store. They young lady came to check our receipt after 15 minutes of us sitting here which led me to believe they forgot to start our order. And the bathroom was disgusting. I asked for an extra ranch and a young girl with long braids walked off talking trash, but her manager made her give them to me. I feel like an extra ranch was not that big of an inconvenience as a pregnant woman having to wait 40 minutes for 15 wings and fries. And then gave us old cold fries y’all should be ashamed. Will never come here again!!
