I cannot believe what I just got. It looks like soup disguised as pizza. This isn’t the first time but will definitely be the last I order from here. Not even worth my time bringing it back because they obviously care so little this was allowed out the door and delivered to mine.

Pizza hut in Shelby has been so good lately but today I got xxx sauce and had extra but not enough and my wife got a personal pan also and it was very dry hardly any sauce at all. Come on ya have been the best in last couple of month than ever but let us down today

Well it’s our fault for not checking the reviews before eating here!! Im so glad we ain’t local because pizza hut is my family’s favorite pizza place! We were driving through Shelby and thought we would stop and eat in. That was a big mistake!! First the service was awful if we wanted a refill on our drinks we had to go to the front desk and ask!! Then our order was not right!! She was very rude!! This place needs to close until they can get some people in there that actually want to work… Don’t make the mistake we did read the reviews before you eat here. And no one has even responded to any of the reviews what is that!!!?? Do you not want to fix the problem so you can keep your store open

We ordered at arpund 4pm for delivery for delivery around 630pm. We ordered in the app, but that shouldnt matter. It showed out for delivery between 625 and 635pm. At 641pm i called the store looking for my order, because the app said it was delivered, and was treated with blatant disrespect. The person on the phone would not answer my request, which was: how long do we wait for the delivery to not actually show up before we make another one and send it over? 650pm it was finally delivered. Funny, this store is literally only 6 minutes away. The proper thing to tell me on the phone wouldve been that youre sorry there was an error on your end and that youll send over the order right away.

Got there at 515 we sit and waited 10 mins for someone to wait on us. Came and she was like the only waitress, and we are only ones at this time eating in area and its still took us forever to get our food and drinks. It took another 15 mins while she rang up go orders to get a go box. I had to ask someone else to get a box. Some of the workers act like they dont want to be there at all.

We just ate here and the service was very bad!! She brought us pizza with no plates then didn’t refill our drinks!! Then we ordered a order or cheese sticks and she didn’t even put those in!! Do not eat here its the worst

I was going to do a call in. They used to deliver to my house but all of a sudden they don’t deliver here anymore. Called and asked why. I may as well been talking to a first grader. This kid came up with 3 different reasons why they don’t deliver here anymore. Then he finally said he didn’t know. Asked for a manager and got hung up on.
