This Taco Bell used to be at the corner of Route 40 and Route 213. Now it’s near the corner of Rt 40 and Whitehall Rd where Ruby Tuesday used to be.

This Taco Bell is nice, clean, neat, and well organized. You can put in your order at one of six kiosks. If you’re paying by credit card, you can pay at the kiosk. But you can also put in your order at the kiosk and pay cash at the register.

The dining area is fully wheelchair accessible and there are electrical outlets and USB A ports at some of the seats. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Wi-Fi availability.

I had a potato taco. That’s a soft taco with tater tots inside. You can add other items for an additional cost.

I recommend the Taco Bell in Elkton.

Reading the reviews, I see that most all are split 50/50 between good food and really bad food…..I have to side with the bad. I ordered a steak burrito, two chalupas, and a soft drink. The chalupas had absolutely no flavor, and the steak burrito had 3 or 4 small pieces of steak, and nothing else besides refried beans and some sour cream. The total for the meal came to $27, way more than it was worth. I have always liked Taco Bell, and was looking forward to this visit since it’s been a while since I’ve eaten at one. After this experience, I will not be returning to this or any other Taco Bell……the food was horrible, and definitely not what it used to be.

I ordered the strawberry freeze drink and it wasnt handed to me with my order. Three different people asked me what I needed, I told them and they walked away and never came back. Finally someone actually tried to help me, and they didn’t even have what I ordered. Then I get home and try to enjoy my food, but I can’t because the chicken in my toca is so burnt its inedible. I will never be back to this restaurant.

If I could give a – balance it would be deserved ! Had to ask for help with ordering plain ol dipping sauce cause it set up to order only with kiosk and the dude argued I could try this or that cause it’s LESS spicy than the rest when I asked for NOT spicy which it not offered just an fyi! Every table was not cleaned the whole time here or the floor and nothing was stocked at the soda /sauce bar. Def do not like the tiny eating space either. Food was NOT GOOD

I’m from Elkton but moved to Delco

I pass four Taco Bell’s on the way home. This was the best one spilt because of food. After tonight, I gotta say the service in this place has gone up.

This place is an amazing Taco Bell. My order was taking forever to get picked up by Uber eats so I called and Manager Ashley was so kind and remade my entire order fresh. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for a good experience. Keep up the good work.

I don’t expect great food.
I expect hot, ready, and fast.
Instead, I walk into three people behind the counter and two in the lobby.
Nobody seems to notice the three customers standing at the counter, impatiently waiting.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Taco Bell for many years, but after repeated issues with how my food was prepared, I’ve decided I will no longer be returning. Despite clearly communicating my preferences, the manager refused to accommodate my requests, which are important for my health and well-being.
This is not about personal preference or drama—it’s about a reasonable request based on medical needs. It’s disappointing to experience this lack of understanding, especially from management who should be ensuring that customer requests are met, particularly when health is involved.
Management needs to understand that customers are the reason a business succeeds, and when their needs aren’t being met, they lose loyal customers. As someone who has been a consistent patron for years, it’s frustrating to see that this location doesn’t seem to value customer feedback or the importance of meeting basic health-related requests.
I will no longer be a customer here, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to help improve service and customer satisfaction moving forward
