Recommended:
Fried taro dumplings – crispy outside, flavorful filling
Durian puff pastry – rich but not overwhelming
Cheese shrimp “lucky pouch” – fun and well-executed
Lemon-scented BBQ pork puff – a nice refreshing twist
Shrimp rice roll with tofu skin – good texture and balance
Most traditional dim sum items are solid and above average, so it’s a reliable spot when you don’t want surprises.
Not recommended:
Most crystal-skin dumplings (texture is off)
Snow mountain buns
Gelatin-based desserts
If you enjoy Cantonese-style dim sum with a bit of innovation, this place is worth coming back to regularly.
Overall, you put ur name on a waitlist by the host stand. Wait was reasonable since the place seemed like a great dining steakhouse. You place an order via a tablet that sends it to the kitchen right away. Love that concept vs QR. Food runner drops off the food and do a quick pay at the table.
If they clean up the place and less clutter, improve the deep frying so food doesn’t come out greasy, Im sure guests won’t mind the extra few minute wait.
It’s cook to order from a tablet. Price is a little steep, but well worth it.
Portions are HUGE so do not over ordered.

It was Sat lunch time and there was no wait. No push cart, you order with the tablet on your table.
The selection is quite extensive for Seattle standard, but i think they cook to order to keep things fresh so it takes a while before food shows up.
The best one was the regular Shu Mai. Shrimp dumpling and Shrimp & chives dumplings were much larger than typical size and offer great value. Fried taro balls and football were very well done. Tripes were a little too tender but flavor was good. Crispy shrimp in tofu skin was also very good.
The only let down was the chew ciao dumpling being under seasoned and the skin being too chewy.
Overall this place offers very tasty dim sum without he China town parking hassle.
