Finally got around to trying Boomerang’s 1/2 price burgers on Mondays. I’m not sure why folks aren’t lined up at the door all day. My husband had a patty melt and really enjoyed it. High praise from him. I had a bacon ranch cheeseburger and it was really good. The patty was cooked smashburger style with crispy edges. The bacon had flavor and you got a taste of bacon in every bite. My only criticism is the over abundance of pickles, but that is easy for me to adjust. We shared an order of onion rings that were thick, crunchy, and very good. Total cost…$14.00.
Well worth giving them a try.

I love to eat at Boomerang. The overall experience is always top-notch! Never disappoints. I would highly recommend eating there. Great service, delicious food, and excellent coffee. Clean restrooms too.

Last visit was a simple lunch which was a burger, Dagwood sandwich and shared fries with a Dr.Pepper and a water. Total was over $25. The food was good but not special, the Service was good but not over the top. Like I said very simple… I know things are getting more expensive every time we turn around but how can people eat out all the time and afford these prices even at other places??? By the way I will eat here again but still be selective on my meal.

The food her was delish! The server was nice, just needs to let customers know of all their extra charges. It was a whole fiasco of a long story that day, but the manager (after calling the owner) did make it right so I respect that.

Ordered on door dash and only received half my meal. Called and the waitress’s passed the phone around and would not listen to what I was saying. Acted like they could not hear me. The salad was old and brown, no gravy for my dry chicken fry and the toast was soggy.Didnt even receive fries or gravy! Totally bummed about the service I received. And the price I paid

UPDATE: The diner has moved to a new location on Arlington in Ada, since my original review.
Much better site, more parking. Same type of diner food. Good coffee.

Very busy AND understaffed !
Took 1 1/2 hours to get served a burger and breakfast.
Ending up paying full price with no discount offer or apology!
Luckily we had no place to go !
Food good once served, typical diner menu.

The reason for this review… I generally like this restaurant here in Ada, OK. They have some good weekly specials.
However, compared to more competitive markets, they really lack.
I bought a Medium Chocolate Shake from Braums today and paid just under $4. I bought a Butterfinger Shake at Boomerang and paid just under $7! The fotos make it look exceptionally good.
However, they were out of whipped cream for the top, so there was no topping, just a clear cup with about 2/3 – 3/4 the quantity of the Braums Shake, but almost twice as much for the Boomerang Shake.
We just moved back here from Dallas, TX, where Son of a Butcher makes a delicious shake that is more than large enough to share, and it runs about $7. It comes with a cookie or brownie, or fresh berries, depending on the one you select, at no additional charge.
Ada, OK is a high place to live.
Watch your pocket book when eating out here.
