I came in here last week to just get a plain old cheeseburger with fries what I was met with was the nicest staff and we could ask for. And not only did I have an amazing burger. It felt like I ate the first cheeseburger of my life. It was juicy cooked to perfection. The onions were crunchy. The whole thing was amazing.

So I stop by today to grab my son the meal he wanted (spicy chicken fry meal). I get home and this is what he gets. It’s a “medium”! I mean, was this all the fries you had left? Almost 10$ for that?? Do Better!

I first went threw the drive threw. Only to be greeted with disrespectful attitude for no reason at all. She asked if she could help me well giving me all kinds of attitude. I said one moment please. She then yells to me can I help you. I wait for my food for like fifteen minutes or longer only to have all of my food handed to me cold.. so I drive around to the front parking lot and go in. All my food was cold that I just order, So again I stand there for another. 20 minutes and not say a single word. There was no manager in and I believe the girl that had the attitude issue was fill in supervisor, so I would not got any where. I wait and get my food finally. I get home. I literally live right next door. I can actually look out the window and see the Burger King. Well I go threw my bag of some what warm food. To make sure everything was there. I open my Burger and to no surprise my cheese on my Burger isn’t melted well at one point maybe but was no longer. So as you see the picture I posted. The Burger was right out of the bag looking like that. The name of the worker at Berwick, Pa. Burger King on second shift is name Ashley. She can’t handle the fast food service. She should find another job. That is my thoughts on it.

STAY AWAY. Not sure whats going on at this bk, but plz dont waste your money or time! I tried giving them the benefit of doubt, and went multiple days to see if it was a fluke! Its not, waited 30 mins in the drive thru food is not cooked all the way , and this is the 3rd bun that just disintegrated upon opening. Look at pic and see for yourself.
