All the workers are super helpful and nice. This is the only place in Mansfield to get deep fried French fries that are also gluten-free. So this is my go to place whenever I have a craving since I have celiac disease. If you want a burger they will wrap it in the lettuce bun for you and it’s so good!

Definitely an amazing burger place if you’re willing to pay a little more. Fries were hot and flavorful, and large size was enough for our family of 4. Definitely add the mushrooms and A-1 sauce for a flavorful experience you won’t forget!

We usually get consistently good food and service from a friendly staff but tonight was different. The person handing off the finished order was too busy talking football with the pic to acknowledge me, thank me, or put napkins in the bag. Frankly, he was a little rude. We’ve had instances where the bacon was missing from our bacon burger, or cheese was added to our hamburger, but the pic quickly remedied those instances. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come…

First… The food was the best. (My daughters are very picky eaters) And they loved it! Best burger I’ve heard in some time….. But…. 120 bucks for a family of 5 for basically fast food… Yikes… Work on those prices and you’ll have customers daily instead of being In competition with local steak houses for a Friday night dinners!!!!!

Great food and fast service. I had my burger ran through the garden. It may have been messy but it was well worth it. Then came the fresh cut fries with a spicy seasoning on them. I ate a few peanuts while I waited. For a single bacon cheese burger and small fry it came 15 and some change, but the burger was delicious. Will go back. Very clean and nice.

Five Guys was great. People just want to be normal and have a great burger, fries and milk shake. The tables were few inside and some outside. Customers wore masks until they either sat to eat or left with their order in hand. The service was quick, friendly and turn around time allowed for a nice hot sandwich and fries. I love it when my order is served while still hot. There is nothing worse than cold fries Thankfully the cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce and mayo was melt in you mouth delicious. The fries fresh and homey with malt vinegar was soooooo yummmy. The tables were sanitized after each use. Lots of parking and the facility is near most shopping centers. I highly recommend Five Guys in Ontario, Ohio. Nothing but deliciously yummy ❤❤❤ Oh, the prices were very reasonable.

Here is the scoop ! Wanted something different, so we went here. With a now hiring sign that says $17 + a hour starting wage…. I knew it would cost more. Let’s back up…. Food was very good. Burger, was full of flavor, as were the fries ! Service was quick and efficient. Now…. Back to the price. Yes the price was high, but with that type of pay for their employees, you should expect that, AND…. AND… I’ll pay a bit extra for good fresh food.

It’s delicious. How can you not love a burger as thick as 2 patties put together from any other restaurant? Plus you get more fries than you can handle, even if you order the lil fry. Haven’t tried the shakes yet, but I’ve heard great things, oh, and the cheese dog with mustard and onions was the bomb too!
