Terrible. Just awful. Probably the oldest fries they have, thinnest, burnt chicken strips I’ve ever seen, and my sprite was just tonic water … Just terrible. Plus, there’s no way I’m going back when it’s 7PM, and I have a house full of kids and an exhausted wife just to try and get it replaced with the same garbage….

Just got a double quarter pounder on 2/15/2026 around 7pm and I took one bite and saw a bright pink. It’s not thoroughly cooked and not safe to consume. Sad as I never had an issue with the McDonald’s in Avon. Don’t think I will stopping here anymore.

The chick behind the counter that licked her fingers while handing me my coffee did it for me. You can obviously tell something is going on in that place lol. My food sucked and I’m just kind of grossed out about McDonald’s now .

The lady at the window wouldn’t let my husband add on a sweet and sour sauce for my fries. I didn’t want to make a big deal at the time but now that i’m home i’m sad because the fries just don’t taste the same without sweet and sour 🙁

A few weeks ago i ordered from McDonalds in Avon breakfast. Day 1- 11/18 I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle and paid for it. Only to receive a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. Day 2- 11/19 I ordered a Steak, egg and cheese bagel and was charged for it. The rest of the order by miracle was correct. The photo shows what I recieved once I opened the bag at work. I took a picture of it and printed it. I gave it to staff who gave it to a manager. On it I had my name and phone number. I received no call and no apology as of today which is more than a week ago. Please focus on the details of customer service as you failed here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. From beginning to end. Walked into a dirty restaurant, but I could understand, because it was just at the end of a peak time. Bathroom was dirty, again, understand, they had been busy. Ordered food from kiosk, got number and went to sit down. Tables were ALL dirty, again, no biggie, I just cleaned it off. We were brought our food and the guy got visibly angry that nobody had given me a cup. I asked for napkins and ketchup, were told they were in the bag. The ketchup was not. When he brought the cup out to me, I asked for ketchup again, was ignored. I walked to the counter to get ketchup. The girl was up there on her phone doing nothing. Asked for ketchup and more napkins because we were given like three napkins, and she told me to hold on and proceeded to start ringing up stuff on the register….there was nobody there but me!! Then she screamed at someone in the back to give me napkins and ketchup and told me there were both over by the drinks. I informed her that if there were, I wouldn’t be asking her for them. The guy is standing in the back and talking very loudly where I can hear him telling everyone back there that I am ridiculous. After being brought 3 more napkins and 3 packs of ketchup, we got fed up and left the establishment. The customer service in this place was atrocious and extremely unprofessional and I will never eat there again!!!
