I love skyline but, whenever I order carry out, they seem to always want to add the pancakes with the main meal. I’ve let it slide a few times and maybe I should have mentioned to separate the pancakes from the actual food. But why are they doing it in the first place?? I don’t want to eat cheesy pancakes.

Been going to this place for years with my family. Decided to drop a great review. Skyline Restaurant always had a nice homey atmosphere. Spacious dining areas. Always families eating and enjoying themselves. Our waitress named was Jamie. She was a sweetheart. Very attentive and a very sweet spirit. We ordered the Belgian waffle with the side of eggs and the country fried steak. Everything was amazing as USUAL!

A group of us went here; and had a wonderful time. Our server was fantastic and quick. The food was pretty good; I got a chipotle chicken sandwich with onion rings, and a side salad. Food was hot and well seasoned. The onion rings were fried to perfection. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I will say this place needs an upgrade as far as atmosphere, but a good place for breakfast and lunch!!

Waiter and service plus food is great! I just can’t tolerate the taste of the coffee. It taste more like water. It ruins my breakfast. Sometimes I just ask for water instead but breakfast with out COFFEE don’t hit the same . Image the ihop coffee with this place food?

Walked in the 2 young ladies didn’t say anything just stood there like we wasn’t there. The manager came out of nowhere and welcomed us and sat is. The restaurant was very clean to the eye. We sat for like 5 mins the sever never came so I went to the restroom. By the time I went back, my coffee was ready for me. The coffee was watery. The server came 10 mins later and asked us for our order. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with a sausage patty. I asked for hot tea with extra honey and extra lemons instead of the coffee. 15 mins later, the food came. After she delivered the food she brought back my hot tea. No lemons r honey. I had to ask for it and extra napkins. The biscuits and gravy were ok. Not bad, but not good either. Didn’t see my server much till after we were done eating. It was my first time here, so I’m not sure if this how servers serve r hosts, not acknowledged customers when they walk in. I would try again b4 I recommend this restaurant. I gave 2 stars because of the manager n the food was decent.
Update: I want back n I have a great server there now name Chris. She is great and makes sure my food is good every time she never misses.

**Update** If you like pulled pork, you’ve got to try it here. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, with a bowl of chicken Florentine and fries. I love their fries! A small side of coleslaw is included for you to eat by itself or put on the actual sandwich … Yum!!I’ve come to this restaurant for years!!! The breakfasts are DELICIOUS and the prices couldn’t be beat!!! Check out their lunch menu and the chicken and rice soup … To die for!!! If you come here enough the waitresses know your name and some even remember your last order! Skyline restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. They do close early so give them a buzz to verify closing times. Sunday’s are definitely hopping! I love their omelettes and hot chocolate with whipped cream!! Go give them a try!!! Also. Check out their beautiful summer flowers!!

Great breakfast and parking – it is on the medium size but I got sat rather quickly for a Sunday morning. I loved their pecan bread and the French toast was great. I will visit again.
