Good portion sizes and the staff were friendly. I ordered a chicken strip basket and the tenders were moist and crispy on the outside. I didn’t care for the ranch but the gravy was delicious and not too liquid. Overall a great experience would recommend.(edit was 5 stars after eating i realised they forgot my toast)

honestly worst expierience ever awful customer service woman in the drive through was so rude and HORRIBLE food. Place was very filthy and you can tell not cleaned very often. Food was cold and tasted nasty. I waited for my food for like 20 minutes that’s not very fast food for a fast food place.

Always great customer service and the best ice cream treats around! Other places have ice cream or frozen yogurt with toppings mixed in but none compare to the blizzard. Always my favorite treat. Hard to order anything but the m&m blizzard, but the holiday specials are always good, too. Love the pumpkin pie and candy cane blizzards, too.

French fries were only half cooked and the shrimp was burned. They put my napkins inside the box on top of the food so they had grease on them. The bottom of the box had fried crumbs all over it so it got on my car seat. I wasn’t even greeted, just told the amount. Then he didn’t speak again. The female was holding a receipt and I had to ask her to give it to me. Don’t go here for lunch if you are in a hurry either.

Walking into the dairy Queen is shocking. The vestibule smells wet with a very unpleasant odor. The store itself is fine and very bright and the staff is very friendly. The food was decent as well. But it was shocking walking through the entryway and we almost turned around and walked out.

Been going to this DQ for years in Springfield. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My kids and I love getting blizzards, and they’ve always been great. We haven’t ordered food as often, but it’s always been good as well.
What really sets this place apart is the staff though. I feel like this is a family run business, and their staff has always displayed an amazing attitude. They have been super helpful and provided service with a smile each time. I’m so grateful for them.
The building was a bit dated, but they are updating, and I am excited to see the improvements.
