It makes no sense that customers come and spend their money for the staff to be rude and disrespectful. No one told you that you had to work there, especially dealing with customers. These night workers need to be replaced. This Wendy’s has definitely went down in the last couple of years and it’s pretty sad. Y’all giving people sauce packs that has been open. Old crusty burgers and stale fries that’s feels like they have been sitting for too long. Manager took my food and didn’t replace it, only to give me a $17 refund when I spent $39.
Drive-thru cashier was rude and hung up the phone in my face. She also slammed the window in my face. Didn’t give my drinks. Burger was bit. Only one guy on shift offered to remake my food.
After sitting for 30 minutes, my kids don’t have no food tonight to eat. Y’all need to do better.
Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to do a better job, clean house and rehire.

I’m not sure if this a new thing for all locations but specifically for this location if you come one hour before closing they always have some excuse as to why they can’t take any drive through orders.“We are only taking door dash orders” “we are only taking online orders at this time” “we are only accepting cash at this time”. Please someone look into this, im pretty sure the employees are lying so they can close and leave early. I get if it’s 15min before closing but a whole hour is crazy.

Victoria truly went above and beyond during my visit. What was meant to be a simple stop with my grandchildren and niece turned into a genuinely pleasant experience, thanks to her. I was initially hesitant about coming to this location and almost drove to another, but I’m so glad I didn’t.
Victoria was incredibly patient and kind, especially as my grandchildren were being indecisive. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attentiveness stood out right away. We received our food quickly, and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
Thank you, Victoria, for your outstanding customer service. You turned an ordinary visit into something memorable, and because of you, I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m in the area.

So far, this is the best Wendy’s I have been to in Tally. The floors, seats, and higher chairs are NOT sticky. And the bathrooms worked AND they have Chilli!!

I belong to a couple of reward programs. 9 out of 10 times if you ask for a receipt, you can read it, right side is blank of ink, so no rewards for me except upside and Wendy’s, gggggrrrrrrrr.

This Wendy’s is quite literally one of the most disgusting and unclean restaurants I have ever been to. The customer service staff are incredibly rude, and, will be angry when they are required to do any slight task for the customer. I will never be returning to this poorly run, poorly staffed, and, altogether disgusting establishment.

Overpriced and Disgusting. Someone’s salty, septic water soaked fingers made two lemonades and two fries and I have been sick nearly 24 hours later. My immune system and my anger is triggered. Avoid this place at all costs.

Every time I come to this location my order is never correct it’s the simplest things that’s supposed to be in the bag that’s never in the bag. One time they told me I couldn’t have sour cream because I didn’t order a baked potato but I eat sour cream on my chili so I shouldn’t have to order a baked potato just to get sour cream. This time I ordered my food they piled onions on top of my chili that I did not ask for also did not put sour cream in my bag. I’m starting to believe this location just doesn’t like me cuz every time I come here it’s a mistake with my order. I do not recommend this location
