Many visits to this location over the years during lunch hours. A decent meal on most visits with food hot and fresh during. Tried the new wings and they didn’t look like much but were very tasty. Staff is always super friendly. Place needs better attention to tables when not busy, crumbs usually greet you when you go to sit down.

First time eating at the location In bowling green ky. It was good, man, their biscuits were so yummy. Great staff, they were polite.

Prepare to be impressed by how useless the mobile order service is 9 times out of 10 they are away from the counter when you walk in, food not made, so should have just skipped convenience, as well as customer service absolutely mediocre, Popeyes definitely needs to do an assessment at this location.

Chicken was not cooked all the way… Coke had very little carbonation in it… I got Dr pepper…. And somebody in the kitchen was yelling at a coworker…. Very unprofessional made the people in side fell uncomfortable…. And only 1 or 2 clean tables very nasty… Water all over the drank place and in floor… No napkins

Louisville Rd location. I have never had a bad experience here. Customer service is always above and beyond. My food is always fresh and if I ever had to wait, its worth it! I drive across town for this and never have any regrets.

I went in to buy Ghost pepper wings, but they were out. My next option was chicken tenders…didn’t mind the wait since they were coming out fresh! They were nice and crispy so I thought! I get home and me and my children start eating them and immediately notice upon texture and taste that something was wrong with the tenders. There was no MEAT. 29.99 ON 12 TENDERS WITH NO MEAT!!! I don’t know how many ppl they got over on that night. But I kpt mine til the next day and the women kinda gave me vibes that she knew…but she fixed my order surprisingly this time it was ALL meat. I just wanted my money back…because they will never have to worry about me supporting them anymore!

The food is always fresh, might have to wait maybe 10 minutes after your order. It always has been about the same way been several times inside and thru the drive thru. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area wanting good chicken. Strawberry biscuits they have are so good a must try.

I just go through the drive-thru every once in a while and get a classic chicken sandwich on the way home. They used to give chicken tenders to my dog then they started giving chicken nuggets and now they don’t give any at all . The chicken seems dryer and not as good as it used to be. Still a decent price and I love the pickles.
