I’ve been visiting this starbucks for the past two years, the staff have always been so friendly and so very helpful. I typically order food items and they’re always great. However almost every single time I order a drink, it is not made well. I will almost never complain about something as small as a drink, but it has been so many times by now that I should have just learned my lesson and not ordered a drink from here anymore. I asked for a strawberry açaí lemonade, just straight up. However, no strawberries were in it and it tastes like straight up water. And I feel like for a 6-7 dollar drink it shouldn’t continuously be made this way. I always feel bad because the staff are so friendly, but if people are to be spending money on a service, I feel the service should be made properly. I do not blame the workers at all, I just believe better training should have been done by those in a higher position.

Ordered my mans normal drink which we have doctored up real nice in the app. This location completely butchered it. He asks for 8scoops of Java there may be 2 maximum in here, no Carmel drizzle, and this is what they consider light whip cream. It’s super convenient the app has no way for complaints on their stores, no way to get some of your money knocked off for product that you clearly did not receive. 1 job. Please do better people, some folks get cranky when their coffee ain’t right.

There is a GIANT bush no one has tended too and scratched the hell out of my truck in the drive through. This is not okay and needs to be taken care of immediately, if it grows any longer it’s going to scratch the compact cars as well. Do not go through the drive through if you have a larger car!!!! Just go inside!! SAVE YOUR CAR!

I ordered the Canon Ball Drink, but it didn’t come with freeze-dried strawberries—only a few pieces of dried dragon fruit. When I asked the staff, they replied dismissively, saying they didn’t have any. The whole experience was awful. The first picture is from another store, and the second one is what I got today.

Nice staff and great drinks, I have come by recently as it is on my way to my destination(s). However the location is troublesome, as the entrance can be easy to miss.
Other than that, all good!

Very nice and also clean. We only had coffee so not sure about the cakes or sandwiches. Service was great, Zachery was so nice and polite we hadn’t tried many flavors. He told us everything we needed to know that we ask about. Enjoyed it and definitely will go back.

I ordered Chai Tea Latte with extra pump of chai. Forget about an extra pump, they did not put even a single pump. All I got was nothing but warm milk.

I frequent this Starbucks location for the first time. It is near the University of Dallas in Arlington. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and a tall regular brewed coffee with two pumps of peppermint. And also bought a Starbucks coffee cup. The young lady that took my order.(Kaylia) Asked the barista whose name I do not know, because she did not have a name tag, did they have peppermint syrup. She snapped back with the meanest look and said yes. I could tell from the body language of the young lady that took my order was embarrassed, and or possibly her feelings were hurt from the reaction of the barista. She explained to me that she was new and didn’t know if they had the flavor and if it was out of season.
I told her no apologies was needed, I was even offended from the response. The point is she was rude to a fellow coworker in the presence of a customer. And anyone knew that any job has a learning curve Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was very disheartening to see the response from the young lady that was obviously trying to learn her new job.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over seven years, which makes what happened next feel especially personal.
The last three visits sealed the deal. The first two times I drank their coffee just plain, normal drip coffee I didn’t get energy. I got a live demonstration of how fast a human can regret decisions. First time, I blamed myself. Second time, my digestive system immediately said, “Yeah no, we remember this place,” followed by a half-hour bathroom emergency.
Then came yesterday my final visit. The coffee was cold, and the refill had a weird aftertaste that felt less like a flavor note and more like a threat. One sip was enough for my body to recognize the danger. I didn’t wait around to confirm it I chose self-preservation.
If this is some kind of experimental cleanse or endurance test, it should not be handed out without consent. At least put up a sign: “Our drip coffee hits fast. Sometimes cold. Sometimes weird. Sometimes with consequences.”
This isn’t coffee it’s digestive roulette with a Starbucks logo. Seven years of loyalty ended by cold cups, sketchy refills, and internal warning sirens. I will never drink Starbucks coffee ever again.
To future customers: if the aftertaste feels like a warning, listen to it
