This is the second time we’ve stopped by this place while traveling though. We had just received crap service at the taco bell next door and left so we figured we’d give this Krystal location another chance. Well, same thing as before. We pulled up to the drive thru and were completely ignored. The first time my husband waited and waited then pulled up to the window and the employees who looked right at him completely ignored him. This time was exactly the same. Do the employees just pick and choose who they do and don’t serve? There were multiple employees just standing around when we finally gave up and drove by so I’m not understanding the issue. They are literally paid to serve food so why are they not doing that? What’s irritating is that the two cars before us seemed to have been served food without issue. Whoever handles hiring here really needs to take a better look at who they choose to work because this is the only place where I’ve experienced this.

we went here and there was one lady in there named Miss CHRISTY. She was so amazing. She was moving so quickly. She has the best customer service I have ever seen. I’m not sure but she needs a raise. She has great customer service some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. It’s hard to get that in fast food nowadays we take And make rude customer service normal because no one wants to say nothing or offend anyone but she was great thank you we will be back.

We went to go inside and was yelled at by the workers that is was drive through only. The dining room was closed at 6 pm. The workers were absolutely rude and the attitude was uncalled for.

I left everything blank because the service were horrible. The GM or assistant( short lady with glasses) has a very nasty attitude. I placed my order for 24 Krystals and I got the combo with extra large drinks. However I wanted my sandwiches to be mustard, ketchup, and cheese only. Basically no onions and no pickles. I specifically stated that 3 times no onions no pickles. I was also told there will be a 20 mins wait on my order which were fine. In the process of waiting for my order, the manager comes out again and asked how did I wanted my sandwiches and I told her. I finally got my order and it still had onions on there and my burgers were cold. I don’t like to complain but I paid 55 dollars so I expected my order to be correct. I told the employee about the onions and the manager in the back stated she scraped them off. Evidently she didn’t do a good job if they were still on there. Crazy part is we are not from the city and we experienced nothing but rudeness. Worst experience ever and I’ll never return again

You know, I debated even saying anything. But after I scrapped off a pound of onions off my burgers!! Yeah you be the judge. The fries looked and tasted like they were from yesterday. So they went in the trash. Worst experience I’ve EVER HAD AT A KRYSTALS!!!!
