I’ve been patiently waiting for the rebranding of Fukuya to open and behold I finally found out Koi had it’s grand opening. Hands down amazing experience, they revamped their ordering experience (order with QR code, no more paper and waiting for wait staff to grab it), the interior is open, spacious, and gorgeous. Then comes the AYCE menu for 30.99 per person. A nice selection of soups, appetizers, sashimi, sushi, maki, and specialty rolls. We had way more than shown in the photos but we didn’t have a single bad item. The teriyaki chicken and beef were also very savory and tender. And the wait staff was prompt and super friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi, or even if they don’t. They also have ice cream!

This was a pretty good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Compared to other all-you-can-eat sushi places I have been to, I would say the variety is quite good. There is a lot of variation in the specialty rolls offered, and sashimi was included in the base price. The chefs take their time and make quality rolls.
The one downside is that with the complexity of the rolls, the sushi chefs were very backed up due to the size of the restaurant. We ordered rolls twice, and both times it was probably over 20 minutes to get them. Sashimi and kitchen items came out much faster. My recommendation would be to get the roll orders in early, and there is a bit of a wait for them.

Previously known as Fukuya, this renovated sushi spot still offers the same great selection on sushi and small dishes! The new spot which is now located on the other end of the shopping center has an elevated modern interior. The staff are still the friendliest ever!!
What I missed the most during the temporary closure was their yellowtail scallion rolls! I also love they don’t overload the rice which allows you to taste the fish with each bite! This place is now ideal for larger parties as the space is double if not triple the size of their previous location. They also serve alcohol and it looks like a small stage for karaoke ??
During my recent visit, we also got a chance to use the QR code that was available at the table which allowed us to order directly from our phones!
If you have a chance, check them out!! Highly recommend

Food was good and with $30.99/pp it is worth the price. Nothing fancy like other AYCE but with good basic selections. Very nice decor compared to Fukuya before. Great friendly service. Will definitely come back.

Wow. Exceptionally fast and friendly service. Food was very fresh, AYCE menu had a good variety. Newly renovated interior and was beautiful. Came with family from California and Chicago, and this is in their top 5 of AYCE sushi of all time. Will definitely come back!

Great sushi buffet! The selection was wide, with plenty of fresh sashimi, rolls, and hot dishes. Staff were friendly and quick to clear plates, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. For the price, the quality and variety were definitely worth it. New dish “Marilyn monroll” is very good as well. I’ll be coming back!

Came in for the soft opening. Was here for lunch from 11AM til about 1PM. Lia was my main server and Jessie was the neighboring server that also took several of my orders. I have to say that service and ambiance were incredible. I really enjoyed the fresh sashimi and sushi offered. Will definitely be back! They had a super special for the soft open… so I tipped 75%…

We were in the area for other event but wanted to fill in our tummy with sushi and have seen Koi on my feed before. It’s recently opened around Christmas time apparently.
I have to say it exceeds our expectations, from the beautiful modern decor as your walked in (the bonsai caught my attention), cozy atmosphere to their delicious fresh made to order ayce sushi and the friendliest staff all around.
There’s 2 hr limit for the ayce but if you keep eating you’ll finish in less than 2, lol.
Their specialty rolls are very creative with the ingredients and so does with the names, from Christmas tree, Black Dragon, Mr. Inagi, Marilyn Monroel, to name a few. Everyone was fresh and delicious. They do have yaki options, we had their beef and chicken which perfectly season. Oh and the grilled octopus, so good! Alcoholic drinks are also solid, tasty and strong!
This will definitely be on our list for a good fresh ayce sushi bar and definitely will be recommending to friends.

Great atmosphere, perfect for family dining. The fried chicken wings and shrimp tempura appetizer were absolutely delicious, and the sushi rolls are both affordable and tasty. I also really liked the coconut ice cream. Highly recommend!
