Excellent meal and service. Our table of four was served by Annie. After telling her it was our first time at Libretti’s, she explained the menu and amount of food we would be getting.
Started with a large loaf of bread with butter. Then came a bruschetta. We had two appetizers for the table. The calamari was very good.
Our entrees were very tasty and quite filling.
No room for dessert, but the table shared a tartufo.
Our son and family just moved into the area and I’m sure when we come to visit we will return.

Not just a restaurant to me! This place is family. Every family milestone has been celebrated at libretti’s. It comes full circle as both my husband and I celebrated our baptisms at libretti’s, to now we have had both of our kids’ baptisms here. The food is amazing and the environment is nostalgic.

The fresh bread was a great start for my meal, however unfortunately that seems to be the highlight of the meal. The marinara sauce lacked flavor and seemed a bit watery. Also the eggplant had a taste that it might had not been fresh, not sure if it was frozen or maybe just over ripped. The atmosphere was nice for a date however the food could use an improvement.

Dinner on Christmas Eve was one I choose to forget. The company was wonderful, however the food and service was dreadful. We were overcharged for the drinks, which came at a snails pace. The veal Librettis was raw and sent back twice and still raw. It will be a long time before I go there again!

My favorite cousins took me to Libretti’s in Orange, NJ for my birthday. The ambiance was very nice. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating (mostly). We had lunch in the afternoon so it wasn’t crowded but people started to arrive as we were eating our delicious food. We had appetizers such as calamari, soup and clams. For our entree I had shrimp scampi and my cousins had filet mignon and pork chops. The only issue was my cousin wanted spinach instead of the broccoli that came with the filet mignon and the chef flat out refused to substitute. The waiter said my cousin would have to pay extra for the spinach as opposed to substituting. That made no sense and it sounded ridiculous. My cousin was annoyed since she was paying $50 for her meal. I thought that was strange that the chef refused to accommodate the customer with such a small request. The restaurant has their own parking lot located across the street from the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the cut but its easy to find. Because of the situation with the chef i would probably not go back but I would definitely recommend for the experience. Enjoy bon apetit!!

Our server, Peggy was awesome. Attentive and funny all while training newer staff. Nice to see a place where everyone works together.
Peggy set up my mom’s Birthday dinner and everyone really enjoyed her, the company and the food.
