This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff plus great food! We were greeted at the door by Thomas, the manager, who opened both doors for me. He also seated us at a good location and made sure the lights were turned up. Syia, our server was excellent! She made sure we had everything we needed and got our order 100% correct without writing anything down! The food arrived in a timely manner and my weekend seafood boil was lip smacking good! The butter noodles just added more goodness. Those that ordered mixed drinks were very pleased. Generous portions, we left full and still had leftovers. They even told me happy birthday on my way out. I can’t wait to go back! The bathrooms were clean, but the doors to the stalls were questionable and the toilets low other than in the handicapped stall. Great place for families, girls night or couples. 4.5 stars overall!

Love a good seafood boil and this was it. Plenty of sausage on it. Plenty of shrimp and potatoes. Yeah, the normal two pieces of corn on the cob, good size lobster tails. I really enjoyed it. Waiter was awesome

I usually avoid dining out on Valentine’s Day, but I made an exception to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

We expected the restaurant to be busy, so the initial wait to be seated wasn’t an issue. The real problems started once we sat down. Our original server, Simone (who I later learned was actually the manager), never took our order. Guests who arrived after us were served first because they had a different waiter. Eventually, another server, Josephine, stepped in to help.

After finally placing our order, we waited about 50 minutes for food — and only three of the four boils arrived. The wings even came out before the boils, which was surprising. There were seven of us, and when the food came, my boil was missing. The server admitted she forgot to put my order in. Mistakes happen, but I expected my meal to be prioritized. Instead, I waited another 30–40 minutes with no update.

When I asked to speak with the manager, I found out it was Simone — the same person who had ignored our table earlier. Her solution was to cancel my order and offer 20% off my next visit, which felt like a joke considering I had already been sitting there hungry for over an hour. I asked how long my food would take if I took it to go, and she told me she couldn’t give a time because the kitchen was backed up.

I then asked to speak with the owner, who was present. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was told the owner, Jessica, was “busy.” Meanwhile, everyone in my party had already finished eating. When I asked again about my food, I was told it would be another 10 minutes — even though the order was supposedly being expedited.

From arrival to the moment I left, I spent nearly two hours at the restaurant and never received a meal. I had one drink, paid my tab, and walked out hungry and extremely disappointed.

This was a horrible experience, especially on a night meant to celebrate a milestone birthday. I would not recommend this restaurant based on the service we received.

So, I posted about their service but they blamed I was lying.
I just wanted to put 2 complaints,
1. The server gave us wrong information or maybe she tricked us buying extra potatoes and corn. Co she said no matter how many pounds seafood we order we will end up with 1 corn and 2 potatoes per tray. So we ordered extra corn and potatoes so we could have each for 5 people. Turns out she was wrong.
2. We ordered 6 pounds of seafood, the amount of seafood we got was less than 4 pounds maybe 3 pounds we didn’t realize it until we ate the top layer, and that’s it the food was done!
There’s nothing to lie here. We didn’t get the food we paid for. But the taste of the food is pretty good though.
And my wife wanted to complain and waited for manager in front for few minutes, she wasn’t there.
When I asked about the extra potatoes and corn to the server she said ‘Don’t worry you only got the food you paid for.’ I was like what?
Still, nothing personal here, whoever is here to reply, at least apologize for your server’s mistake. We have been eating seafood for over 2 decades, we know about the taste, amount and the way it’s served.
Thanks

I dined here for their second time and had a better experience! I wish I could remember the name of the server because he was truly amazing! He was very polite and attentive, and overall made the experience much better. This time, I ordered the catfish po-boy which was really good! I would definitely recommend this one with the fries. There were no issues with the machines when it was time for payment and it was a pretty smooth and seamless process. The music was also better!

I came across this restaurant on Google after searching for a place to go after church service. So once I found this location, I decided to take my family with me. When we first pulled up there was a sign on the door that stated the card machine was down so they accepted cash only. Fine no problem, went to an ATM and got cash out. Went into the establishment and it was kind of empty so we were seated immediately. We waited a while before someone even came to our table to just initially order drinks. I had to ask one of the waitresses there, who was not too friendly, to have someone to come to the table. So we finally got a waiter and he took our order. As we were sitting there, we were listening and noticed that the music was very inappropriate. They were playing extremely sexual songs. That was a bit much for it to be a Sunday early afternoon. I thought this would be more of a family establishment. Mind you it’s children and elderly people and it’s a regular Sunday. From the looks on the faces of those from the other table, when certain songs came on I can tell that they were a bit uncomfortable as my table was also. I had to ask them to change the music because it was extremely inappropriate and apparently they stated it was the manager’s playlist. So that threw us all the way off! Now we didn’t have to wait too long for the food and as you can see in the pictures it was an abundance. The food was amazing! The flavors were all there and the juicy sauce was amazing! My table ordered the catfish baskets and the flounder baskets, with a side of clam chowder soup, potatoes, and corn. Again, the food was amazing which was probably the best experience. I do think that they put an excessive amount of fries with the baskets though. So, I also have to point out that the service here is not so great. The waiter came to our table maybe three times during our visit. One was to take the initial order and then the other was for the check. There was maybe only one other time in between where he actually came to the table to check on us. But we still had to ask for refills rather than him coming to look at the table and noticing that we needed some. So that was quite disappointing. I would highly recommend that they work to improve customer service. If you have a table seated, you should periodically check up on them. Like I said earlier, the place was not packed at all so it was really no excuse to not be as attentive. Overall, if I were to return it would be for the food but I will most certainly not want to sit inside and dine in. It would have to be a to-go order! I highly recommend being mindful of the music as well as the customer service because the place has potential.

I was the 1st customer to dine in on a Monday afternoon. Hazel put me by a window. I was a bit concerned she would forget about me, but not only did she consistently check on me, she provided top tier customer service. I got the Dungeness Crab Special with half a pound of blue crabs. Juicy sauce, mild spicy. The best seafood boil in a bag I ever had! Enjoyed my food and the atmosphere so much. Definitely check them out.

Twisted Crab done right. Got the large family broil and it did not disapoint. Our server would come out of nowhere with the drink refills already in hand. Back ground music had a wide range of play that would cater to most people. Overall it was a great dinning with the family.

OK so we went to the Red Crab and it was ok. Our server did good she was friendly but lacked personality. She really didn’t engage with us but she was nice and attentive. The food was pricey but that’s expected it’s seafood in an economy that is terrible. However it should have tasted better. It lacked something. I’ve had lot’s of boils and this one was by far in last place. I asked for no spice and there was enough spice to burn my lips off. When I mentioned it to our server she offered to do a new boil but I couldn’t imagine all that food in the trash. So she brought me more sauce to ease the spice and surprisingly it did. I just wish it gave it flavor because it didn’t. The flounder was good. Very big pieces and meaty. The atmosphere was OK. Music played and it was nice. I wasn’t expecting spectacular but a little more than good especially with the prices.

I came to this restaurant with my fiancé’s family to celebrate her brother’s birthday. My server’s name was Hazel. She was polite and attentive to us. She didn’t provide a bad experience whatsoever. I wanted to order the raw oyster platter. She recommended that I get them lightly steamed instead. She said this because I asked her if the raw oysters came with the hot sauce I am used to. She said they don’t include that unless they are steamed.

All entrees came out with appetizers. And there was no apology for that. Crab balls were good with the dipping sauce. Calamari was over fried. My oysters were spoiled. I could smell them the minute she sat them in front of me. Their scent was repulsive and unbearable. When I told her I don’t like them she suggested that I needed to have them fully cooked because otherwise they’d taste like they do. Which is nasty. My stomach hurt after eating one. My family somehow didn’t have a problem with them. I know you aren’t supposed to smell seafood that way. It was very much a sour smell. The seasoning they used was also not good. And there was no hot sauce.

I ordered a catfish po’boy. The catfish was not fresh. It was drenched in some kind of sauce which was not good to taste. My server did replace it for me without the sauce.

The restaurant was empty. We got there at 7pm it’s a Tuesday. Maybe that’s normal. I don’t know. Freshness counts big time. You can really make people sick if the food isn’t fresh or is spoiled. You know it’s spoiled because of your food safety regulations that must be followed. Reading dates and storage temps and placement all make a difference. The restaurant looks very nice but if it’s not doing good business it’s because the food is disappointing and not fresh. Not good. It can be better. Much better. I’m willing to try again. Maybe order something not fried. I was told that the regular cook was not back there cooking. Not a good response to give me when I have a complaint. Because the price is still the price no matter who is cooking the food.

The music they played was good. It was old school 90’s. I’ll give them another shot. Won’t be getting any oysters.
