*Update 5/2023: They have lowfat vanilla softserve! Delicious, NO negative aftertaste! Yum. Previous review: From the freezer I had a vanilla soft serve with caramel sauce sundae which was fresh and tasty. My daughter had a scoop of coffee and black raspberry which she said was delicious. In the past we’ve enjoyed the red (cherry) or chocolate dipped bonnets (soft vanilla in a cone). Staff is always nice even when busy. Highly recommend.

The customer experience at this location depends on whos working. This is a very well stocked Carvel, but the staff can be iffy. One time I had a great experience where I was even joking with the staff member, and another time I got Nickle and Dimed for every small thing, and was treated with a short, unappreciative attitude, almost like it was a chore that I was buying from them. I will return again soon, (As I have many other times) I just hope my next visit will be pleasant. I may even make my review a 5 star if that happens.

Great people and awesome ice cream !! Soft ice cream will put you in heaven. Hard ice cream flavors are to die for. Employees make ice cream concoctions of the hard ice cream and sell it by the pint / quart ! Try it now , you will not be disappointed !!! Have been here in Mount Kisco for three years and have had three boys here. Love taking my little men for ice cream ( with Dad ! ).

Wonderfully kind and friendly service. A fantastic product in a nice, clean environment. Very comfortable place to take the kids for ice cream. Always accommodating in regards to ordering cakes, ice cream for holidays and special occasions.
