I would NEVER order food or place any order from this location. I waited over 5 minutes for help because only 2 people were working. One at drive thru window, and another cooking the food. I told them, “I needed help with the kiosk. I’m disabled and can’t see the screen well. Can someone or a supervisor place my order?” They responded, “NO, it has to be done on the kiosk”. After they told me they couldn’t help me with the kiosk. I left and will never stop at that Jack N The Box again.

She was so sweet, sincere, and went above and beyond for the customers. This isn’t just a fast food restaurant. She treated us like family, and we were so lucky to meet someone like her. Literally one of the best I’ve been to. Employees all seem nice and the food is great. The burgers look delicious! They always have fresh or crisp lettuce and the meat doesn’t look like it has been frozen for months. Everything looks fresh and this location probably gives one of the best representation of burgers in a sense that they look like they should. The burgers look like the pictures on the menu bar. This is by far the best Jack in the box place I’ve been to.

When we went to the drive through no one answered nor no told us to wait or that they will be with us in a little or told us we are busy. So We pull up to the window and we told him that we were there for a online order and he had a attitude and say “you should have waited” and we explained that we were there and no one answered and he responded “ next time you should have really waited”.
Normally when you go into a drive through and they are busy, you get told that they will be with you in a moment, not silence and an attitude.
But three star because the food was good.

Went on an outing with my students and the staff there were great! Very nice and helpful, it didnt take long to receive our orders. And a Classic Strawberry Milkshake is always fantastic!

Came for my favorite Teriyaki Bowl, and was disappointed on how it was not even topped off. There was more veggies and just about 1 1/2 inches of rice. The cashier was very friendly and polite.

This is my favorite fast food burger chain in the area! The combination of being able to order ahead for pickup inside or at the drive thru, great menu selection, deals, and the fast service and helpful staff at this location can’t be beat.
Hands down winner if choosing between Burger King, Carl’s Jr., McDonalds, or Wendy’s. Not every menu item is the best, but I like their burgers better, the curly fries that the others do not have (yeah, McDonald’s has the best regular fries), and the variety of their other selections over those chains.
The regular menu prices are competitive for similar items, but the deals they offer—in app—are better and easier to use than McDonald’s deals. Their rewards program is more straight forward also, and you don’t have to worry about expiring points.

They play their music ridiculously loud. When I asked if they can turn it down they said no. Seems crazy that they want to charge so much for basic fastfood and you cannot actually sit there and enjoy eating it. I recommend just going to the diner up the street. Better real food for the same price but with service.

I ordered food from here on the app for drive-thru pick up. However, I ended up going inside because I had to use the bathroom. However, upon entry, no one was visible. All three workers were working like crazy in the back and drive thru. I could not even ask for the bathroom code, let alone ask for my order. After 15 minutes of waiting, I received my food, and thank God my need to use the bathroom went away. Only go here if you order thru the app because this is the only way you will eat. Customer service here is very slow.
