Our family has been eating at Ilios in Baxter at least once a week for the past three years. Not only is the food always fresh and consistent, but the staff is what truly keeps us coming back. Everyone is so friendly, and we especially love how kind Alex, the store manager, is every single time we visit. He truly treats us like family.
Our favorites are the chicken and rice plates, anytime Brussels sprouts are the side vegetable, and their fresh salads with tzatziki, Greek dressing, and feta. I have never had a bad item from the menu. We love stopping at Ilios whenever we do not feel like cooking, and it is always the first place we take family when they come to visit. Would give 1000 stars if I could!

My husband and I love Illios Greek Restaurant. It’s one of our favorite casual dining spots in the area. The food is consistently great, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. I especially love the chicken souvlaki, it’s flavorful, fresh, and always cooked perfectly. Great for families and everyone.

As someone who grew up on Greek food, I might be a little biased here, but this place has potential. The atmosphere and menu capture the spirit of a modern Greek restaurant, even if the execution wasn’t perfect during my visit.
The pita seemed like it had been warmed and then left to sit a bit too long, losing that fresh, fluffy warmth you want. The lamb gyro was decent, but the chicken stole the show, tender, flavorful, and seasoned beautifully. Easily the highlight of the meal.
Some of the sides felt a little tired: the tomatoes weren’t particularly fresh, and the fries seemed to have been waiting around for a while before serving. I get the sense that timing plays a big role here, maybe I came at a lull when food had been sitting out a bit.
Still, the flavors are there, and that chicken alone would bring me back to give it another shot. With a little more consistency in freshness and timing, this could easily hit the next level.

This place was absolutely amazing! The moment you open the door, the smell of smoked rotisserie chicken hits you and instantly gets you excited for your meal. I ordered the Ilios Salad with lamb, and it was delicious. But honestly, I couldn’t stop eyeing everyone else’s plates — everything looked so good that I started sampling from my group. I ended up trying fries from one plate, beets from another, then someone’s lentil salad! Before I could even finish my own meal, I was already back at the counter ordering food to take home.
The flavors were incredible, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was clean and fresh. The young lady at the register, Arianna, was wonderful — she made sure we had everything we needed and even came over to help us move tables so our group could sit together comfortably.

When in town this is a favorite spot! The food is always fresh, the meat tender and juicy, and the service is so nice. The owner (I assume) was there when I brought my parents for the first time. He made sure they understood everything, and helped them have a great first experience without feeling rushed to order. Super friendly, delicious food, feels like a local restaurant owned by a family who cares about its customers. Did I mention the food is amazing?! Everyone found something they love, which can feel like mission impossible in many other places! Bonus: they serve wine!

Everything about this place was great! Service, atmosphere, and especially the food! So much flavor packed in the chicken and red pepper feta spread. My husband had the greek platter with lamb, salad, and greek fries. We will definitely be back. Perfect stop after a long day of traveling!

Our family loves eating here. The food is so fresh and flavorful and my 5 year old and toddler love it as well, especially the hummus! I love their chicken and my husband always get the lamb. The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.
