Lovely place, clean, cute atmosphere. Wait staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Spinach artichoke dip was served with garlic toast that made for a great pairing, flavorful and hot. The wings were ok, I prefer crisper but the taste was there. The Ritz burger was delicious; grilled onions and pickle made the flavor pop and the aioli was a great addiction. The sausage fest calzone was amazing. Fresh mozzarella, flavor all the way to the crust. Likely the best all meat calzone I’ve had.Will definitely try again

We went with a group yesterday and this location was on point. The Pizza and Wings were cooked to perfection with a golden crispy crust. All in all, it revived my hope in Mellow Mushroom. We have gone to a few other locations and not had much luck. At those locations, the servers were off and food wasn’t up to snuff. This location seemed to actually care. The GM actually came and checked on us as well as helped when needed to ensure an amazing visit!

This was our second visit, and unfortunately it confirmed that the first bad experience was not a fluke—it’s a pattern.
We came in expecting a quick, easy meal for my family. But what we witnessed instead was chaos. Our waitress, was clearly severely overworked. We later learned she wasn’t just our server; she was also bartending AND cooking pizzas. Bless her heart, she genuinely tried her best, but no one could succeed in that situation.
This is not a reflection of our server, this is a management failure.
We asked to speak with the General Manager and were told they were not present. We requested a call back and never received one. I’ve called multiple times since, and each time I’m told the GM “isn’t there.”
So I have to ask… who is actually running this place? The GM or an exhausted staff left to fend for themselves?
If management can’t be present, responsive, or willing to address concerns, then customers are left with subpar service and employees are left overwhelmed. That’s unacceptable.
I truly wanted to give this place another chance. I won’t be back.

The girls here are awesome, I couldn’t have asked for better service than we got. I will definitely be going back! I drove an hour to get lunch here and I will say that drive was well worth it! The service from the server Bella was TOP TIER! The host ( I didn’t catch her name), was extremely sweet as well. Our orders were taken just as soon as we had taken a seat and the food came out very quickly and it was FRESH, HOT and DELICIOUS!

If Mellow Mushroom’s idea of service is having servers abandon tables to make pizzas while customers sit ignored with empty drinks, then congratulations — mission accomplished. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t believe in managers or customer service. Our server was busy making our pizza instead of serving tables, so refills and basic attention were impossible. Total chaos, zero professionalism, and an experience bad enough to make sure we never return.

Great location of the national pizza chain. Staff is highly friendly, and our takeout order was ready promptly in 20 minutes. Nice outdoor seating in the patio are for when the weather’s good, too.
Ordered a large pizza, split half Maui Wowie and half Pacific Rim, and a side order of spud puppies (which are just tater tots). All were good, though the amount of toppings on the specialty pizzas can result in a limp, heavily loaded slice. So many awesome sounding pies, so we’ll definitely be back!

Super nice waitstaff. Great atmosphere and music. Big roomy booths. Cool decorations. Outdoor seating available and plenty of parking. Pizza was great! Breadsticks was actual bread loaded with cheese.

We love all Mellow mushroom places from state to state. This one did not disappoint with the food & atmosphere….but servers weren’t too joyful , happy to be there. Maybe next time we will do take out ,which is unfortunate..we’d love to bring friends here .
