Tried the fish sandwich. It was very tasty, although did not fill the bun. Frues are fabulous. Crispy and seasoned just right. Chocolate milkshake was great. Nice to have heat in the outside “room”. Not sure why we were charged 69¢ for water.

Great place place for biscuits in the morning. Both the pork tenderloin and chicken biscuits are amazing. Fish sandwich is also very good.

Service was slow I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and large Dr.Pepper only one car in front of me took 14 minutes but said maybe food will be good! Got food burger was under cooked and cold so is the food cooked right then and there or pre made and set to side? ‍♂️ I heard so much about their food that will not be going back I work in Siler City and for how expensive it is was not worth the money spent! 6 dollars for a burger that is under cooked and cold very disappointing to come here and looked like they had enough employees working should be better than this!

The working space is small and on any given day, there are 5-10 people working. In the evening the staff is younger and on their cellphones. On 8/14/25, The cheeseburger was undercooked and the bun was cold!! They use to have the BEST coleslaw but today the slaw was tasteless with too much mayo. The onion rings were overcooked and the Sweet Tea Arnold Palmer was tasteless with more H2O n less sugar. The food quality has diminished and the prices increased.

***BUYERS BEWARE***
I’m not really sure who needs to see this, but I had the absolute saddest experience this morning at Crossroads Grill. I arrived at the drive thru at approximately 6:30am this morning. I was a passenger in a vehicle and after ordering our food I decided to get out and smoke a cigarette and get a book out of the classified section due to the long line. I then returned to the vehicle in which I arrived. I saw the lady at the window pointing at me while speaking I thought that was odd, but didn’t think much of it. A few minutes later I was approached by a uniformed officer saying that the employee had reported to him that I was trespassing. I was shocked and appalled and assured the officer that I had just ordered food from the drive thru and that I hadn’t trespassed on the property ever. The officer told me that I fit the description of a women who had been trespassing and that I would have to leave the property before other officers were called to the scene. I pleaded with him that it hadn’t been me and that I had just ordered food and had just got out to smoke a cigarette. When I got to the window to pay for my food I asked the white lady (I think she said her name was Becky supposedly she was the manager) what she was talking about? She said I looked like the lady and that the lady wore a purple bonnet just like the one I had on, except mine was pink. She laughted it off and said but oh I was lighter, slimmer, younger, and my bonnet was pink instead of purple. I didn’t see anything funny about the situation at all. Being approached by the sheriff and being told I matched the description of a person committing criminal acts and being told I had to vacate the property before I got in trouble when I did absolutely nothing wrong, but come to support the business and obtain breakfast like the rest of the paying patrons. Many Black Americans wear bonnets that’s not enough to go off of when getting officers involved. Especially, with the increase of police violence against African American men and women. This could have ended really bad, for me of course. I just think this is really sad and unfortunate and I don’t quite know how to feel right now. Obviously, I’m extremely bothered by this occurrence. This is the first time I’ve been profiled in my life. And it all boiled down to me being black, a women, and wearing a bonnet. People need to do better. I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t have felt violated in this situation. And I still paid for my food. Been coming here for years. Just sad!

When I’m in Siler City this is one of my go to stops. Nothing fancy, no huge portions, just good honest food at a reasonable price with friendly staff. My favorite order is regular steak and a chicken cheese steak sandwich. The cheese pull is quite impressive actually.

LOVE this place! I’m from out of town but when I come to Siler City I always stop here. The chicken salad reminds me of what my grandma made when I was little and their burgers are huge. Convinced my picky son to get their double bacon burger instead of going to McDonald’s and he ate the ENTIRE thing it was so good. The workers are always so polite and we’ve been lucky enough we’ve never had a long wait for food. Keep up the good work!
